We rested and received treatment for the third time at the Belorus sanatorium. Great value for money, great location. I would like to note the impeccable work of all the staff, professional and polite. Special thanks to the food workers: delicious and varied. Thank you for the massage Danute, the girls of the health and wellness center, mud therapy, hydrotherapy. Special thanks to Thomas for the transfer, everything was clear and on time. On some floors, including 8, where we lived, the beds are very low, it is difficult for people with musculoskeletal problems to get up, and the pillows are very bad; they need to be changed in a timely manner.

Regarding the working hours of the pool - I personally missed swimming in the morning before breakfast, and my husband - on the contrary - was told that it would be better until 9 pm :) or maybe there would be an opportunity to visit several times a day. Manual massage - at least 15 minutes, and if you want 30 minutes. :)

On the sanatorium’s portal it is written that you can visit the pool without restrictions, the doctor also says the same, but one employee at the reception claimed that only once a day. I had to check with the doctor. To which she answered me, because of such doctors and problems arise. This left a bad taste; in the future I would not want to meet such an unfriendly and arrogant employee.

Very helpful staff. I liked the massage. Unfortunately, we arrived without examination or tests, so the procedures were prescribed very carefully to avoid any exacerbations.Negatives
Based on the experience of other sanatoriums, we took three weeks, which turned out to be a lot. A week or two is enough to complete all courses of procedures.

It was my first time in this resort. I am a rather picky person, but here I have only absolutely positive impressions. A wonderful sanatorium, everything is very well maintained, cozy, incredibly clean. Wonderful procedures. The pool is simply divine, the water is mineral and very warm, saunas for every taste. Water gymnastics three times a day. Pine Park invites you to take a walk. The room is clean and cozy, very, very warm in the room. I was afraid that I would freeze, I grabbed warm clothes, but throughout the sanatorium and in the room it was almost hot. In the evenings I drank tea, there is a kettle and mugs in the room (and you can buy tea for cents at the iki around the corner). But I would especially like to mention the staff: cordial, friendly people, always ready to help and find a way out of any situation. On the first day, I ran to registration a hundred times with a bunch of questions, and a nice girl with a smile once again told me where this or that procedure was located. And then every day she asked me if everything was okay and if there were any problems. Indeed, there were no problems at all!! Thank you so much for your patience!! The room was cleaned every day, sometimes even wet towels were changed several times a day, since I ran to the pool four times. The gym provides an excellent opportunity to work out in your free time. All the staff during the procedures are very smiling, everyone speaks Russian, no one is rude or rude, although patients are not always white and fluffy. I would especially like to mention the canteen and the chief nutritionist. I haven't met such kind people for a long time. The girls-waitresses fly around the hall like bees, quickly clean everything up, deliver what is over, and always with a smile. Even in the evening, incredibly tired, they still walk around and smile! The kitchen works great. Maybe some people found the food tasteless or monotonous, but personally I just rolled out of the dining room like a bun. Everything was delicious to me and I always tried something new. Now my daughter and I are planning our next trip and only to this sanatorium!! Even children have no time to be bored there. Although I almost never interacted with the children, the work of this sanatorium is so well organized.Negatives
The minus does not apply to the sanatorium, but to the company that provided the transfer. My plane was at 7.30 am. And they picked me up at 2 a.m. so that we would go first to another city, pick up a couple of people there, and then to the airport in Vilnius. So I had to sit on a bus for 3 hours at night because of the greed and strange economy of this company. Although the road to Vilnius takes only an hour and a half.

Hand massage was not good, safe box in reception could be for free (costed 5 EUR) - in hotel Best Western in Vilnius we had it for free

The sanatorium is located near the city center, within walking distance of the cable car and water park. The sanatorium has good communication between buildings, you don’t need to go outside, there are steep passages everywhere. Swimming pool with mineral water and saunas. Large selection of procedures and very reasonable prices. Clean and well maintained both inside and outside. We are very grateful for such a good sanatorium.
