We rested in the sanatorium from January 27, 2020 to February 11, 2020. We really liked everything. The sanatorium is located in a convenient location. The food is excellent, a very large selection of dishes. I liked the treatment. The entire staff is professional and friendly. I would especially like to mention the masseuse Vladimir Plakha, the treatment sister Mikhaela Shubrtova and the waitress Livera Guttsova. After such a reception I want to come again. We rested in Garden Pramen. Everything is fine. The treatment is decent, although a little peculiar. Differs from the resorts of Kislovodsk. The staff is friendly and very respectful. True, during thermal procedures the nurse reduces the treatment time. He probably thinks we don’t know the standards. We were completely satisfied with the food. High quality. We were going to lose weight and are not picky about food. I liked the location. Booked for October.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We stayed for only 7 nights and that was enough to understand how much we liked it here, and we are planning to visit this particular sanatorium next year!!!!! The hotel itself is located very well in relation to the springs, on a flat area, which was very important for us. We checked in early in the morning, this did not spoil our stay. We were accommodated in rooms 307 and 304. View of the Thermal Hotel...In our free time from procedures we had the opportunity to enjoy the views of the beautiful city!!! The procedures took place in a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. The girl at the reception also speaks German. Special thanks to the girls in the dining room, they do their job very quickly and quietly 👍 We had half board - breakfast and dinner, but if necessary, we were able to replace it with lunch at the reception; dry rations are also possible, which we received upon late check-in, because we were late for dinner. The hotel fully justifies its 3 stars. There are a lot of emotions, all positive. The hotel is big, but there is no crowd. In principle, everything that is said in the sanatoriums.com video is true!!! Thank you everyone for creating an atmosphere of warmth and affection!!!!!Negatives
There was still one minus!!!! In the hallway of the room, the light turns on when there is movement.... it’s not just annoying... it’s really infuriating.... (I apologize for such an emotional statement) but despite the fact that everything is aimed at relaxation and tranquility, it threw me off balance.

Meals at the sanatorium need to be ordered in advance, the portions are large, I wouldn’t take that much myself, the taste of the food is very controversial. Not mine. It would be much better if there was a buffet, at least you can see what to take and what not to take. There are either sausages or sausages; for breakfast, from what was offered, one could only take boiled eggs from what was more or less normal. But since you’re not going for a couple of days, even a week is hard on the body. Everything else is not tasty or healthy. What saved us was that there was fruit, but only at breakfast. And vegetables for lunch and dinner. For some reason, treatment involves more inhalations than procedures for which you travel from afar. My example; 5 inhalations and two baths, 2 massages during your stay!!

I rested at the Sadovy Pramen sanatorium for the second time. The first time was in 2014. During this time, everything changed for the better. Treatment is provided by professionals in their field. I go to Karlovy Vary every year, and always in different hotels. Last year I was in Imperial. This year I was in Garden Pramen. Now I have found my sanatorium, where I will now go. I liked everything - wonderful staff, excellent medical facilities, cleanliness in the sanatorium and in the room. The building itself has huge ceilings, it feels like there is a lot of air. Snow-white doors create the feeling of a hospital rather than a resort hotel, which is important. In short, a very good experience.

The sanatorium is very well located near the springs, a bus stop and a gathering place for tourists for excursions. We were accommodated within a few minutes. There were 6 of us, three rooms were given nearby. The resort staff is attentive and responsive. Excellent procedures, especially lymphatic drainage apparatus, underwater massage, gas injections, galvanic bath and others. The food is excellent, there are always vegetables and fruits.

I would like to note that somehow there was no thought given to the room where hydrotherapy takes place. You undress in one place and go to another room, when it’s normal to go there, but it’s very cold to go back. I had to cancel these procedures. Why not take an example from the balneocenter? Where it's warm and comfortable.

There were no 2 doctor’s examinations, although he was indicated on the voucher. By the way, this was the first time in 6 years. I lived in room 301, there was a musty smell in the shower room. Apparently the drain was clogged.
