I rate it “excellent” in all respects and this is a hotel that is truly worthy of all respect and attention. It is especially suitable for patients with limited mobility: everything is very compactly located in one building, there are many elevators, and there is a spring in the building, although it is not far from the main colonnade only 250 m of travel. The room struck me with its elegance and convenience. Dr. Yulia Krylova conducts the appointment very professionally and thoroughly. The entire team of nurses is very pleasant and attentive - some procedures amazed me with their “forgotten” duration: (oxygen therapy - one hour!, hardware lymphatic drainage - 35 min.) Well, the restaurant is a separate pleasure! such a varied menu every day (there was even onion pie and pumpkin puree soup) and everything was of excellent quality. The room furnishings are a bit dated, for example the decorative strips on the base of most of the furniture in room 105 were coming off. There was a kettle in the room (unfortunately no coffee, tea, etc.), which is standard in other hotels in this category. The room cleaning could be more thorough, a few crumbs on the carpet accompanied us during the 14 days of our stay. The opening times of the sauna/swimming pool area were not communicated properly. The opening times were posted on the entrance door to the spa area, on the second Wednesday of our stay the area was completely closed without any reason being given, on other days the steam sauna was not in use, which we were able to clarify during our stay. If there are only a few guests in the house, the opening times can be reduced a little, but this should then be communicated accordingly. Ensana advertises healthy breakfasts, but a more extensive muesli section with normal oat flakes, and perhaps with flax seeds, without these sugared corn flakes wouldn't be bad. A wonderful hotel, which we visit for the second time. Now we have arrived with friends. My wife and I have a wonderful room 321 with a balcony. The hotel is well located. And, most importantly, the real treasure is the attentive, caring, friendly hotel staff, headed by director Helena, restaurant manager Roman, cook Vera and waiters Sveta, Inga and Martina. The food is varied and tasty. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, bed sheets are changed once a week. Medical procedures - girls are usually friendly. Large selection of therapeutic medical procedures. The doctor can change the procedure. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is located in a park area of the city with a wonderful view. I ordered through the sanatorium long before my arrival and received excellent payment terms, all my wishes for the room were fulfilled, I received a large, beautiful room with a balcony as I wanted, I didn’t even expect such beauty, I slept wonderfully at night with the balcony door open. Veronica cleaned our house wonderfully, changed our dressing gowns several times and, at my request, chose a dressing gown for me exactly in my size. The bed and towels were also changed during the time, the towels are white, fluffy, and in the pool there are wonderful turquoise colored towels and ironed sheets. The food is varied, you can choose according to your taste, fruits, wonderful freshly squeezed juice. The hotel is located in the very center, classical music is constantly playing, you can hear it through the open door of the balcony, but at the same time the hotel is very quiet and calm. The staff is friendly, they try to help with any question, there were no problems with the language, the rest were mostly Germans, very calm. The fountain is just a few minutes' walk away and it's such a fairy tale that we went almost every day. Nearby there is a path and a walk in the park. The place is simply wonderful, we were very pleased and did not want to leave. I recommend both the hotel and the services of the sanatorium. The hotel water is very tasty, I didn’t always drink it, but there was a result. No treatment was taken.Negatives
