Insufficient quality of room cleaning. Dust is not wiped off the furniture at all. Linen is changed not twice a week, but on the fourth day. It turns out that my underwear is changed the day before departure, which is simply stupid. I would like the canteen to have information about the calorie content of dishes, the ability to weigh them, and information about the composition of dishes is simply necessary for people suffering from food allergies. Separately highlight lactose-free and gluten-free dishes with special symbols. Но к нам никто не обращался с вопросами уборки или смены белья. Мы меняем постельное белье каждый 4-й день, полагаю, горничные никогда не позволят не менять их только потому, что это будет только на один день. В ресторане мы подаем завтрак, обед и ужин в форме шведского стола. Над буфетом размещен список аллергенов с информацией, которую наши гости просят связаться с персоналом для получения более подробной информации. Наши рецепты включают все аллергены и могут быть предоставлены гостям по запросу. Обычно мы не записываем калории в еду - это не всегда возможно в стиле шведского стола, где каждый может взять столько, сколько пожелает. Но мы очень способны подсчитывать калории, если есть спрос со стороны гостя. Один из наших менеджеров F & B присутствует на всех обедах, и с ним можно связаться в любое время. В случае, если гости нуждаются в специализированных диетах, мы будем рады помочь.
