My sister received an e-mail from your agency when my parents and I had already been in the sanatorium for 5 days... So that you have at least a little idea of how indescribably difficult all this was for my parents, I will write to you briefly about myself. After a car accident, I lost almost 90% of my vision and have been sitting in a wheelchair for 30 years. I am 50 years old and my parents are over 70... Mom, after knee surgery, can barely move... Dad, after one knee surgery, also moves with pain. My parents and I have already been to Karlovy Vary several times and were very pleased with the treatment, food and service. So we heard from friends and after reading the comments of your clients/patients, we decided to go to Marienbad... And my sister was in Novi Lazne 12 years ago and was pleased... But I think that our stay in Central Lazne was a life lesson for us... and this is not yet All. On the second day I ate fish... the result: I won’t describe the details, but I had terrible dehydration... For two weeks I ate bread and cheese... there was almost no variety, and for a cup of tea in the evening I had to pay extra... and for all this pleasure I paid almost 1,400 €... We were with our 14-year-old son, he was also delighted, especially with the ski slope located right next to the hotel, where you could rent everything without any problems. The food was very tasty, unfortunately there was little choice of salads and desserts. Salad bowls were not refilled if they were empty. The hotel is located very well, the colonnade is within walking distance. Very beautiful architecture, near the forest, there is the opportunity to walk a lot. We would like to once again express our deep gratitude for a wonderful holiday and great mood. On the last evening we even went to a “disco” at the “star” hotel. Programs with leisure activities are located on the wall to the left, at the entrance to the restaurant.
