I think that this is a big minus in the FLORA hotel, I don’t know how it is in other hotels. The elevator stops between floors, for people with problems with the musculoskeletal system it is a big problem to go up or down to their floor.

We were treated for three weeks, of which we were sick for two and a half weeks after we got an infection while walking around the hotel that no one talks about and doesn't do anything, even though the doctor complained constantly, but he didn't respond or try anything to do, refused to prescribe at least some medications and sent him to other hotels to receive prescriptions. Those leaving complained that the healthy came but the sick left. We also had to leave a day early because our condition worsened. The hotel administration should not cover up the situation, because old and sick people come there who make their condition even more difficult with a serious infection. Our vacation was totally ruined, even though the musculoskeletal procedures were effective. Food is a matter of taste, but soups are very salty. On the sanatoriums.com website, the price of the treatment in the hotel and the spa fee were indicated in euros. However, after receiving the bill, the resort fee was increased. When contacting sanatoriums.com we were told that the resort fee is calculated in kronor (although this was not stated on the sanatoriums.com site).

he's still terrible! Firstly, the “doctor” does not look at the tests, he spends 1.5 minutes on the patient! I VERY STRONGLY doubt the doctor’s competence. Prescribes the same waters to ALL patients. The mother's blood pressure was not measured. Requesting money to measure blood pressure? . I've never seen anything like it! Now about the food - It seems ok, BUT ALL drinks in the evening cost money! including tea and coffee! Please note that you cannot bring WATER into the restaurant!!! Am I not allowed to drink my water? Are you kidding me? This is simply absurd!!! Today we saw in the medical department there was a DOG!!!! Are you advertising a spa for animals or people you consider animals? We are guests, we have traveled thousands of kilometers to meet such a nightmare and such disrespect? Hotel Flora we are overwhelmed by this bitter experience. By the way, THIS IS EXACTLY A HOTEL! and not a sanatorium, as its employees and management clarified to me, who do not know what “meet and greet and smile” is, which immediately creates the atmosphere of a terrible hospice!

The hotel is located close to the colonnade. The hotel was quiet and there was an opportunity to use the pool for free. The young man at the reception was very attentive and always tried to help. Unfortunately I don't remember the name. He was the only one there, the rest were women. The staff during the procedures is good.Negatives
The hotel rooms are small, there is no refrigerator, there is no opportunity to drink tea or water. We bought water in a store, but it’s not close to it. The hotel itself is very expensive. I didn’t like that at dinner all drinks were paid, although water could have been free. The cuisine is not very good, but there were days when it was delicious or we were just guessing with the choice of dish. The cleaning is superficial, the garbage will be taken out and the towel will be changed. Vacuuming is rare, even though the carpeting is. I am allergic to dust, I had to buy eye drops for allergies. Unfortunately there are no rooms without carpet. In two weeks the linen was changed once. There are few parking spaces, we had to order in advance, unfortunately we didn’t know about it.

Gothel Flora itself: the accommodation is comfortable, nearby, within a 3-minute walk, there are springs with healing water. Nearby are all shops and a bank for currency exchange. I am satisfied with my stay at this Spa Hotel Flora. After treatment, I feel much better. My joints and knees no longer hurt as much. I can at least walk normally without severe pain. Overall: I was satisfied. Thanks to all the staff of this nice Hotel. If I have another opportunity, I will definitely come to this Flora Hotel for recovery. Anyone who wants to improve their health should come here. You will not regret.
