The room is not very clean. There is dust and cobwebs in the treatment rooms. The medical staff, several people, were not friendly. There are pits in front of the hotel where you can quickly fall. The windows in the room are not entirely airtight, you can hear buses and cars passing by, as well as construction site. For some procedures, treatment was less than prescribed.

For the German visitors to the hotel, more information about the city and excursions should be provided. As a German, you feel very foreign even though there is a lot to see in Marienbad. The trip from your home town to Marienbad is poorly organized and the drivers don't even know how They drive in the correct order of people on the bus

We rested and received treatment in Flora for the 4th time. We, 80-year-olds, arrive with sticks, but on the 5th day we don’t need sticks! The doctor's treatment lasted 3 minutes. I would have imagined a slightly better examination, e.g. measuring blood pressure... Little information about the application. We then asked everything ourselves and then the plan was changed according to our ideas. 2x massage in 1 week. The sanatorium needs to do a better job of pointing this out on the homepage.

The elevator in the hotel stops between floors and you have to take the stairs anyway. Even without problems with joints, dragging a suitcase first up and then down is already a minus.

It was our first time in the Czech Republic and a sanatorium of this kind. There is nothing to compare it with 😊 but I really liked everything. The location is ideal, the service is excellent.Negatives
The only small minus for us in the dining room was that there was approximately +20% of food missing from the portion. But in general everything is great.

Bad treatments. Hardly any selection and treatments are carried out by amateurs. Ladies in the dining room are unfriendly. The breakfast buffet is very one-sided with little variety. Drinks at lunch and dinner only against payment. The ladies at the reception are disorganized. I got shingles during my stay there and neither the nurse nor the ladies at reception could help me. They made no effort to help me. I had to go to the hospital and the ladies at reception couldn't even call a taxi. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
