The doctor's appointment was too formal, no more than 10 minutes, we did not feel an individual approach, there were no explanations about the correct intake of water and the combination of waters, which was very disappointing. I didn’t mention the pool or the walks. The food was disappointing and surprising; the cook cooks worse than any housewife. But this is a restaurant. Almost everything is not tasty and not edible. The waitresses are not attentive. For several days we did not know that we had to take snacks and bread for dinner ourselves and were left without them.

I was at the Flora Hotel from 10/12/2018 to 10/26/2018. The treatment was very good, all the procedures were done, I liked everything very much! I had half board. Friendly and qualified staff, they speak Russian, German, Czech. Much has been written about the food below, I may disagree, in part: there was enough fruit, because the breakfast buffet always includes a delicious fruit salad, and chopped and unseasoned vegetables and herbs. For dinner they provide fruit, and 2 types of delicious yogurt from dairy products, but here’s what surprised me in a good way: I don’t eat sweets and don’t eat potatoes at all, but here they are often a side dish. So, without any problems, at my request, they changed the cake or ice cream (here this is often for dinner) with something from fruit. And instead of potatoes they gave stewed vegetables. On the dinner menu, out of 4 courses, one VEGE costs one, and this is taken into account, but the fact that some salads are with vinegar, there are still at least two always either without dressing or with oil! Thank you all so much! And also to the waitress Lyubochka for her warmth and attention. I will definitely come back again to undergo treatment. Prověřila jsem, na místě si host nikde nestěžoval, ani u vrchní sestry, ani v provozu nebo na recepci. Pokud by měl problém, měl řešit hned na místě. S pozdravem

Marianske Lazne is a very pleasant resort. The whole atmosphere (nature, clean air, mineral springs, parks, fountains, open music concerts) contributes to a relaxing state. Also attractive is the intimacy of a place with fewer people and more nature. At the Flora Hotel they try to create a soft, friendly atmosphere for a good rest, they organize well medical procedures and home-cooked meals with large portions. We were pleased with the general pleasant atmosphere! A stay at this resort involves treatment of gastrointestinal problems. However, the menu is quite bold, more for a healthy stomach. True, we managed it and didn’t pay attention to it, but it seemed to us that this topic was not sufficiently developed.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to the entire staff of the Flora hotel for the comfort, warm welcome, for the opportunity to feel at home, being far away. The hotel has a very good location, within walking distance of the Colonnade with springs, souvenir shops, a singing fountain, a forest.
