We stayed at the ROYAL Hotel (Marianske Lazne) from February 24 to March 4, 2020. We were very pleased, the overall rating of our stay at the hotel was 9 out of 10. The hotel staff made a very pleasant impression - polite and professional. The room was cleaned constantly. All procedures were carried out strictly at the appointed time in full and with a friendly smile. I would especially like to mention the nurse who conducted dry carbon dioxide bath sessions and gas injections. We are grateful to the waitress Ratke for her consistently good mood and attention to our requests. The excursion to Prague on February 27 was well organized. Despite the unfavorable weather, guide Lenka and driver Martin did everything to ensure that we had the best impressions of this beautiful city. It should be noted that the transfer from Karlovy Vary airport to the hotel and back was completed on time, the driver was attentive and impeccably professional. We wish all the staff of the sanatorium to cope with the situation related to the coronavirus pandemic around the world as quickly as possible and continue to give people health and joy.

We must admit that there are few downsides to our stay at the sanatorium. Sometimes (rarely) the work of the kitchen raised questions, for example, the buffet on the evening of March 2, but this did not spoil the overall positive impression of staying at the ROYAL sanatorium.
