The convenient location of the hotel, silence, paths for walking and Nordic walking, the presence of a swimming pool and a fitness room contribute to a versatile holiday. The wonderful, caring doctor Mrs. Kozlovska, the wonderful cuisine (the only thing missing was seasonal fruit - in past years there was more variety) - does not allow the thought of changing hotels.

The location of the hotel is wonderful: next to a relict forest, clean air, transport is far away and inaudible at all, 5-7 minutes to the Colonade. The sanatorium is not pretentious. It is cozy, clean, homely. If you want golden tinsel, this is not the place. We visited many sanatoriums. It’s unlikely that we’ll choose another option next time.Negatives

Not all the options stated in the hotel's advertising brochure were available, for example, a Nordic walking trainer. It was difficult to get into the beauty salon - it was closed during opening hours. It was not every day that the bathroom was wet cleaned and the carpet was cleaned.

Wonderful holiday, wonderful hotel, professional and friendly staff. The location is ideal for mobile people. Silence and beautiful view. For older people and people with problems with blood pressure or the musculoskeletal system, it is too high. The food leaves much to be desired. On Saturdays everything is delicious, on other days it felt like it was prepared for lunch but served for dinner. We need a chef with imagination. Another suggestion. When conducting gas baths, the bags can be given to guests and one bag can be used 5 times. Less waste and costs. I'll be happy to come again.

I rested at the Royal sanatorium from June 13 to 27. The room was nice with a wonderful view of the city. The room was cleaned every day - no complaints. The treatment was high quality, no queues. The staff was friendly with rare exceptions. They gave me flowers for my birthday - very nice. The food was excellent .The most friendly staff in the restaurant and maids. The hotel is clean. I really liked Marianske Lazne - a quiet cozy town, surrounded by greenery. I would definitely like to come back!!!!Negatives

The room includes bathrobes for procedures and extras. pool towels. The entire staff speaks Russian, some are better, some are worse, but they will understand you and you will understand. Restaurant: Two days a week choice of main course menu, the rest - buffet. There is always oatmeal for breakfast, although you have to tell the waiter (it is not served). The choice is normal - hams, sausages, pates, vegetables, yoghurts, kefir, cottage cheese, omelette. eggs, baked goods, etc. Treatment: Dr. Kozlovska Magdalena takes the first time for a long time and in detail. The prescribed procedures are distributed by nurses. They can also change procedures and times. Friendly and helpful staff during all procedures. A normal small gym with exercise equipment. It’s surprising that the 4-star Spa hotel changed the bed linen only once in 10 days! Soups and some dishes are often too salty. We needed hot water for medicine - we couldn’t find it. At the reception they sent me to the nurse at the other end of the hotel, and she said come with a cup and we’ll pour it, but there are no cups in the room and you can’t take them with you either. You can't order tea in your room at the bar either. Cleaning, change of towels and linen are excellent! The view of the city is amazing! Very nice and friendly staff! The medical facilities are not bad, but the mineral baths are not as well saturated with carbon dioxide as in Central Lazne, apparently due to the distance. I liked the dishes from the custom menu for lunch - tasty and a good choice. I liked that coffee/tea and dessert for lunch are included in the price, you don’t have to pay anything extra.
