The answer was - no one saw anything. This is called theft. Горничная, которая убирала именно в Вашем номере (обращаем внимание, что это очень надежный сотрудник), также подтвердила, что нигде не видела Вашего белья. Masseurs who have to do manual massages work very poorly. Either they are not qualified specialists, or they simply don’t want to put in any effort. They just pour oil on them and smear it on the back. Of the 3 prescribed massages, only one was done for real. It’s a shame why we can’t get quality services for our own money. This is the opinion of all vacationers, we even went to the head nurse and complained, she said that tomorrow you will get a good massage, and indeed, everything was fine, but exactly one day, then another shift came and everything was the same.

Very small single room size; terrible pillow - there were lumps inside, the quality of sleep suffered; There is no shelf or stand for shampoo in the shower cabin; it’s somehow not very convenient to place it on the floor. Disposable shampoo and gel were provided for the first 3 days. The doctor prescribed lymphatic drainage, for the entire period of 9 days, there was no time for me.

We came for treatment from Canada. We really liked the attitude of the staff, accommodation, treatment, food. Possibility to purchase additional procedures at a reduced price. Stunning thermal pool where you can relax perfectly. A very professional and attentive doctor, Tatyana Soldatenko, selected a set of necessary procedures for us. Two weeks flew by in a flash and as a farewell we visited the Beethoven restaurant, where we spent an unforgettable evening to the sounds of live music. We tried some very tasty beer and the cuisine was excellent. We are planning to come next year.

We were immediately accommodated, it was 11:30, we rested, went to lunch, then a swimming pool with mineral water, the day of arrival was very pleasant. It’s bad that the train from Moscow arrives on Saturday, once a week in the winter until April, on Saturday you can go to Dresden (no procedures) by bus for an hour and a half, beautiful views from the window. But that’s for next time, I went for a week with my daughter, this is not enough for treatment, by the time I’ve asked everything, I already have to leave.

Excellent thermal water, excellent baths, but no subsequent massage (with rare exceptions).. They cleaned the room perfectly, changed and replenished everything at a minimum request. Good food and excellent service in the restaurant during meals. The hotel has a good restaurant with reasonable prices (except for the main one). We had a doctor, Tatyana Soldatenko. A minimal examination, she didn’t look at any conclusions that she brought with her. Treatment was based on complaints. For minimal changes in treatment, she consulted with other doctors. The nursing staff works (with rare exceptions) the same way as in Russia : while ch. the doctor doesn’t bark, don’t move. But he doesn’t bark either. With such opportunities, the effectiveness of treatment is reduced to a minimum as a result of the unimportant work of the nursing staff. I was wondering whether to come here next time. All nurses do gas injections differently: some just to poke, some are looking for the right point. They cleaned the room perfectly, changed and supplemented everything at the minimum request.

We were only treated for a week, but we were left with an amazing impression of the quality of treatment, the calm and quick accommodation, and the excellent and well-coordinated work of the staff!
