Helped in everything. Thanks to them for that. The rooms are very comfortable. I lived on the 8th floor, and from the balcony overlooking the hills and the city. The hotel provides a kettle upon request. The transfer booked on your site is beyond praise. Arrived on time, very comfortable and clean. Special thanks to your manager for a detailed preliminary consultation that helped me decide on the choice of a vacation spot and hotel.

We booked and stayed for 13 nights with a 10-day course of treatment. We were accommodated in the Fashion room, which is significantly larger than the Panoramic, on the 8th floor.. Whether this was due to the booking through sanatoriums.com or our passports with EU citizenship is unknown., but nice. Ekaterina helped with the accommodation; the Italian employee wanted to put us in a different room for a 3-day stay. They immediately gave us a folder with information in Russian about the rules at the hotel and treatment. In a restaurant, you are assigned a table at which you eat during your vacation. The menu in Russian and Italian is issued in the form of a booklet. The folder contains a printout in other languages. Undrinked wine and water (in a bottle) remains on the table and awaits you the next day. Room cleaning is very thorough. The mud bath at Plaza Panoramic is not bad, but needs renovation. The Venezia Hotel had a much better mud therapy section last year. The employee Natalia is very attentive and speaks Russian. The massage was done by the Italian Monica, very conscientiously, but “what the doctor ordered”, no more. The food was varied, but prepared for a larger number of vacationers, so the feeling of “eating in a canteen” did not leave. For breakfast and the snack buffet you could always choose what you liked. Car parking on the 2nd floor. For the first time, a young man, Sergio, spoke Russian, helped us get up in the elevator with the car. The feeling of rising is not the most pleasant - everything rattles! Then they raised and lowered the car themselves. But it’s better to order help from an employee at the reception. Renovations on the 1st floor have not yet been completed. As a result, no inhalations and no fitness rooms. The interaction between the hotel doctor and the Abano-Med center is unclear. It was said that the female doctor spoke Russian. But I got the impression that she only memorized a few phrases. There was no talk about the possibility of receiving procedures at Abano-med. During our stay, there were groups resting that came from Germany on 2 buses. They began treatments in the mud baths at 5.30, had breakfast at 8.00 and left for excursions at 9.00. In the evening, almost all the waiters served their tables until the rest of the hotel guests complained. After the complaint, other hotel staff came to help.

Nice rooms. All have balconies, narrow, but only 2 chairs. Modern furniture, lots of cabinets and drawers. Linen is changed every day. Slippers, free bathrobes, beach towels, changed once a week, this is not specified at Sanatoriums, and we brought our own, which took up half a suitcase. One of the tallest buildings in Abano, the upper floors have a wonderful view. All floors have 2 balconies on different sides. 4 elevators: one in the SPA, one panoramic glass. The very center, which not everyone will like. It is located on Republic Square, it is currently being rebuilt - it is noisy if the windows are this way. From Padova there are several buses 40 minutes to the stop. Hotel Principe (in Italian), there is a 3-minute walk. Everyone is friendly, at the reception there are very pleasant Russian-speaking Olga and Katya. Thanks to them.Negatives
The hotel is family oriented. 80% of Italians come in large families with children from infants and older. People often change - groups come for 1-2 days. And the hotel (like other hotels, but they probably control the number) sells entrance tickets to the pools for the whole day and evenings. The garden is small, and although there are a lot of sun loungers, sometimes everyone is busy, and the pools are full of people, including babies. Swimming pools until 23.30. Okay, but in the evening it’s full of local young people, and they huddle in all the Jacuzzis without even turning them on. We really didn't like the dinners. On the first evening we took fish. A piece of boiled fish on a pile of boiled tomatoes! Next they took the meat - it was good, but they all had no side dishes, and the vegetables were boiled and all without salt. Like in a hospital. Once a week Gala dinner - dinner from the chef. In general, it’s a nightmare, some kind of masquerade with waiters dressing up in black tailcoats and candles on the tables. And food without the right to choose what they will give you, for dessert they will cut you a tiny piece of cake. Well, we had our own steam sausage. The menu says in tiny letters at the bottom that you can ask the waiters for free ice cream. They wanted to call Sanatoriums and change the hotel. We stayed, but we probably won’t go there again.

The hotel is in disgraceful condition, requires renovation, where the work has been done, it is not done well, the suites do not even come close to this category in a European 4-star hotel. This is a 3-stay hotel at a stretch. The only thing that management does well is beautifully processed photos in Photoshop that we publish on the Internet. In reality, there is nothing even close to this. The food is very mediocre. We were left disappointed.

The Panoramic Plaza Hotel is located right on a pedestrian street, next to a bus stop. Therefore, walks around the town and trips to other cities were very convenient. The food is varied and delicious! Breakfast includes sausages, cheeses, red fish, scrambled eggs. Freshly squeezed juices, a huge amount of pastries and fruits. I had to move because on the first night, immediately upon arrival, it turned out that the windows of my room faced the courtyard, although it was stated that they faced the street. Moreover, my “superior” room was practically no different from the “standard” room in which my friend lived. The only thing is that I had carpet, she had parquet. And she lived on the 4th floor, and I lived on the 7th. Although the difference in price was almost 200 euros.
