It’s a pity that during our stay Irina (and she’s the only one at the reception who speaks Russian) was on vacation. Italy lives with tourists, it seems to me that it would be nice if the service staff knew languages. I specifically chose a sanatorium with Russian-speaking staff. This caused many problems. True, the sanatorium employee Natalya (she does procedures with mud and ozone baths) mastered Russian and helped us.

I really enjoyed the mud therapy, the bath, and the massage was quite good, considering that they do it on the whole body. Breakfast and dinner were enough for the whole day. Irina at the reception is simply charming! Always smiling and ready to help in any matter! And also all the guys and girls at the reception were polite and friendly. Special thanks to Vaclav! The only negative is the strange attitude of the maid. Only once, during our arrival there was shampoo, soap, and body gel! Until I asked the reception staff to bring at least something to the room, she never gave us ANYTHING during the week. Either these are the rules of the hotel, or the personal initiative of the housekeeping staff. Because of this, the whole impression was blurred, but it’s a pity, Italy is so beautiful, friendly people, delicious food. I want to relax and not be nervous, it’s good that, out of habit, we take our own shampoo and soap with us on trips))))

Monotonous choice of food for breakfast. Only one receptionist speaks Russian and is not always at the hotel, so sometimes there were difficulties in obtaining information, since English in Italian has its own characteristics. However, all the hotel employees were friendly, even when problems arose.

They haven’t thought through nutrition for children! The children were on buns. Breakfast is only fried eggs and scrambled eggs every morning! It's not tasty! We need to alternate the breakfast menu somehow! And with such a huge hotel, I would like to have a children's (play) room!
