Everything was at the highest level, excellent location, effective treatment, superbly performed spa treatments, a huge selection of delicious dishes for every taste (special respect to the chef!), swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic windows overlooking the pine trees, the most comfortable rooms. Variety of food was limited. Buffet food tended to be lukewarm. Access to getting refreshments as the dining area was finished at 7.30pm

Unlike other sanatoriums, UPA made the transfer chargeable this year. Of the week that we were in the sanatorium, two out of three baths were not working for two days! no one warned! There is also no TV in Russian, we understand that this is most likely government policy, but we are not from Russia (my wife is from Uzbekistan) and we know Russian. Every year we go to you and what I wrote is in the way!!!

My wife and I vacationed in Egle Comfort on September 15 and spent 5 days at the UPA Spa Hotel. If the SPA is 4 stars, then Egle is 5+. No comparison. The spa deserves 3 stars. Nice room and delicious food.. The food place itself is disgusting. The place is small, everything is crowded, cramped, there is a queue. Coming later means the buffet turns into what's left.. 3 stars.

It was very uncomfortable to be in the restaurant because of the disgustingly creaking chairs - waiters and visitors moving the legs of the chairs on the floor made a terribly unpleasant loud sound. Not entirely healthy people rest in the sanatorium, including the nervous system of not everyone like that of athletes.

More thanks to the UPA team and especially LORETA, GINTARE REKESIENE, ALVYDA TALETAVICIENE, ASTA, VITALIA... The whole team, like a single family, did their job very professionally. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff of the UPA sanatorium. I would especially like to note the high professionalism of kinesiologists VALDAS TAUTKUS and ROBERTAS ADOMAITIS. The professionalism and conscientiousness of the masseuse GINTARE REKESIENE is beyond praise. She's head and shoulders above everyone else (I know what I'm talking about). The resort is very cozy and the atmosphere is very warm. Food is excellent, rooms are cleaned daily, bathrobes are changed regularly. All wishes and requests are fulfilled with a smile. Treatment and relaxation at the highest level. Doctors and staff are professionals in their field. I especially want to highlight the masseuse GINTARE REKESIENE. The food is beyond praise - varied and very tasty. The rooms were clean and well cleaned, robes and bedding were changed every three days. The location of the sanatorium is ideal - near the forest and the Neman River. The sanatorium building is new and cozy, there is everything necessary for relaxation and treatment. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Just one desire to RETURN HERE. I was really impressed with my stay at UPA Medical Spa. The staff there were fantastic. I felt very welcome. The team - from the doctors and physical therapists to the massage therapists, nurses, and more were amazing. The pool was wonderful and they did a good job controlling capacity in terms of COVID. Breakfast was awesome (all the food was good, and breakfast was particularly wonderful). All in all, I will go back again.Negatives
I had one negative moment where I was eating a food item I didn't suspect would be spicy and it was, I would have appreciated the warning. Other than that, I have no complaints!
