I liked it very much, friendly staff, interesting procedures. Quiet hotel, located near the center, near the Neman River. We took a tour of Druskininkai, it was interesting and informative, an excellent guide, you look at this town differently, I highly recommend it. Food - Fire, very varied, every time something new, dishes of national cuisine and others, always fruits and pastries (gained weight 3 kg..🤣) Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, 2 baths.Negatives
There is no negative thing, the only thing is that I would like to see more of a cultural program, we went to one concert of the Lithuanian Capella, it was cool!!! Gorgeous assembly hall, could be used more often..

The stuff does not speak English at all. They speak only Lithuanian or Russian, somehow Polish. I can thrive through Lithuanian but I don’t want to speak Russian at all since it is a language of war aggressor. Most of all if I had know before that the pool and sauna complex is open for guests who do no have exercise at the pool from 4 pm I would never have booked that hotel spa. The policy of access for hotel guest to pool and sauna area from 4 pm is ridiculous and shall be revised by the management. I was told at the reception on arrival day that I can’t have an access to pools and sauna until 4 pm which I found very odd. Please forward this to mineral spa management. There is no elasticity from the reception about timing of treatments etc. So somehow one can feel overwhelmed by this attitude. I want to point out that still I was not a pacient but a client. Although I felt as if I was a hospital pacient when it comes to timing etc. I decided to change my accommodation for another sanatorium in Druskininkai that met my expectations.

Just little things. In the pool, some buttons do not work immediately, which turn on the "burbalki" :). One hair dryer in the locker room did not work. But this did not affect our good impression.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful place near the river. There is a place to walk and admire nature. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The food is always fresh and varied, served buffet-style, so you choose what to eat yourself. All premises are carefully maintained. Towels and bathrobes are of good quality. I will come back here again and again.

This is the second time I have vacationed in this sanatorium, unfortunately I haven’t been able to take more days yet, but I definitely plan to come in December and take a 10-day course. However, I can say that I really liked even the mini-program, a 3-day course. The location is very good, and not far from the city center, and at the same time, the sanatorium itself is in a secluded park area near the river, very pleasant to walk. I would also like to mention the modern swimming pool, which I really liked, and the treatment rooms with good new equipment. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Highly recommend! You will be satisfied! The work of the staff, food, procedures, swimming pool, location of the sanatorium - everything is SUPER, at a very high level! The restaurant is cozy, the menu is very varied, there is a choice for every taste. The procedures every day, even on weekends, were a pleasant surprise. A robe with slippers is also a nice bonus. The staff is wonderful: friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone works very professionally! But I was especially impressed by the kinesitherapy trainer Jurate, the receptionist Giedre and Dr. Mieczyslav Šumskas - your work evokes delight and admiration! Thanks a lot! This is my first visit to Druskininkai, and I am very glad that I chose this sanatorium, now I plan to undergo treatment only there! Thank you very much to all the staff!Negatives

I liked everything very much. The food is excellent, home cooking. Food for every taste and need. The staff is absolutely amazing. There was a problem when checking in from the previous owners. Which was decided instantly. Cleaning was done regularly. Linens were changed 2 times. The room has everything. All requests were responded to immediately. All procedures are strictly timed. Sanatorium in a beautiful location. Everything is nearby, including shops, a park and a marina.Negatives
The only negative thing is that upon arrival, the previous occupants of the room spilled milk, which soaked through the cabinets and it was not immediately possible to determine where the stench came from; they had to dismantle the cabinet next to the refrigerator and the girls cleaned everything there. Another strange thing. At night in the suite, with the windows open, a strange knocking sound began. And someone was throwing trash around.😂 You turn on the light, there’s no one there. Well, clearly not a ghost... I decided that it was squirrels. There are a lot of them there. If you don't believe me, check it out 😂
