Very unfortunate placement in the colonnade building. We were unlucky with the weather; it rained all the time. I had to run to the main building for treatment and food many times a day. Upon my return I fell ill, it has been 2 weeks now and I cannot cope with the cold.

Monotony of food. For 13 days of stay, the same buffet is offered 3 times a day. Many dishes were not tasty, not edible; only the excellent quality cottage cheese saved us. The bed linen is very worn, the exchange of wet towels is carried out with great difficulty, and they are not offered during the procedures.

There were no negative aspects, but if you find fault a little - a couple of dead mosquitoes on the walls in the room, stains of unknown origin on the walls in the bathroom, on the headboard, etc., but, in principle, these unpleasant moments were easily eliminated with a rag, water and antiseptic, so for the quality of accommodation - good, but this did not overshadow the stay and the overall impression of the sanatorium.

My husband had no luck with the hand massage. The specialist from room 120 behaved unpleasantly. She said that there are hundreds of people like you, so she won’t strain herself. After all, we paid and wanted a quality service. Also, the physical education specialist could not help my husband in any way - he did not know how.

As soon as I arrived at the sanatorium, I plunged into an incredibly comfortable atmosphere, where I was surrounded by care, attention and understanding. There is perhaps only one minus, but since it follows from the advantages, I reflect it here - I remember this wonderful time with longing, and after eating at the sanatorium, it is very difficult to switch to another regime and the food seems tasteless. And after doing therapeutic exercises in the gym and pool, it’s simply a shame not to continue doing it on my own; I immediately remember the trainers’ advice on what exercises are best to do and what muscles work. I was convinced of the main thing - kindness will save the world!

I am very pleased that I booked a single room on the website for free at the Draugyste sanatorium in Druskininkai (Lithuania). They were already waiting for me there, the room was prepared. The room in the Colonade building was new and very intensive. The treatment prescribed was intensive, the approach to the patient at all gymnastics (in the pool and gym) was individual and the doctor was attentive. The entire staff spoke Russian, the attitude was excellent. The food in the dining room was homemade and delicious. I rested like at home, but also improved my health. The sanatorium is located on the banks of the Neman River, surrounded by pine trees. It’s very beautiful, there are places to walk and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. In the city itself there is a magnificent water park and a year-round snow arena for skiers. I recommend both rest and treatment to everyone. The air is wonderful.Negatives

overall impressions are not bad. the hotel was built during the Soviet Union, but in fairly good condition, at least the rooms are comfortable. Many Lithuanian pensioners relax in the hotel. The treatment is not bad, but what I liked the most was the physiotherapist who conducts group gymnastics in the gym, he gives special stretching exercises, I worked out for about 30 minutes, it felt like I was lifting a barbell, I really worked my joints and back. I would come back again for this specialist

The sanatorium has good medical facilities and a good location. This is a rehabilitation center, mainly residents of Lithuania come there on social vouchers. I lived in the new Colonada building, the living conditions were good. There are good specialists working in the sanatorium. Unfortunately, there was some negativity. Second time at the resort. The first time was 2 years ago, I liked it, but a lot has changed and not for the better. For example, the attitude of the staff (of course not all); One young employee of the sanatorium did not want to talk to me in Russian! And this is in a sanatorium where people come not only from Lithuania! It's hard to believe, but it happened in front of witnesses. Another case: on the last day, one “famous” masseuse on the 1st floor in the “Colonade” refused to give me a massage after giving me a lecture on the topic that “she has her own clients, she is very busy, etc.”, although I had an appointment and everything was paid for. I didn’t argue, I went to the reception and they changed the time and massage therapist, thanks to them again, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. Why work in a sanatorium instead of going into private practice? You won’t always hear a greeting like “Good morning” or “labas Ritas” from those on duty on the 1st floor. They won’t even raise their heads or smile. It feels like you are not welcome here! It’s a pity that the management of the sanatorium doesn’t really care about its reputation. I don’t want to mix politics into this, but there are suspicions about the influence. Druskininkai the resort itself is wonderful and the people are friendly; in the future I will choose another sanatorium. HEALTH TO ALL

He also did not indicate how and where, outside the sanatorium, you can drink mineral water. In the last week, in the gymnastics room, it was difficult to find a place to exercise in the morning due to the large number of people practicing.

This is my 4th time staying at this resort and I have never been disappointed! The resort itself is incredibly good! The sanatorium is located on the banks of the Neman, surrounded by a pine forest. Swans, ducks, squirrels, birdsong, berries in summer, wonderful air, walking: all this is a very good addition to all those pleasant water treatments (mineral baths, underwater massage, pool with jacuzzi), mud applications, physiotherapy, and much more what the sanatorium doctors offer to improve your health. The food is very good: tasty, varied (buffet), several soups to choose from, a large number of all kinds of salads, several main courses, drinks, tea, coffee, pastries. In general, the entire team working at the sanatorium is just great! Oh yeah! I also forgot - the rooms are very cozy, clean, towels are changed every 2 days... I like everything here!
