I am satisfied with everything: location, quality of accommodation, accommodation, food, and most importantly, quality of treatment. I would like to note the friendly attitude of all the staff, the highly professional work of the staff of the medical building, especially the wonderful medical workers in the mud therapy room, the excellent massage therapist Irina Sociene (I’m not sure about the correct spelling of her last name), the pool staff led by Rimma (unfortunately, I don’t know her last name). The area was rarely cleaned; there was construction going on nearby (near the Villa Colonada) and noise was disturbing. The library is depressing; there are rows of books from the Classics and Contemporaries series, etc. There are no periodicals or newspapers. The TV was on. This did not spoil the stay, although in *EGLE* FLOWERS REIGN, the flower beds are often updated, the grass is regularly mowed, it is very clean.

It’s as if we were in the past, in the life that we remembered well from photographs in old family albums. I liked it. Nostalgia for childhood... Despite the almost 70 years of age of the sanatorium, everything is honey. The equipment is already quite modern. I was very pleased with the attitude of all the medical staff towards the patients. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a doctor or a nurse, a physiotherapist or a secretary, massage therapists or SPA center workers - everyone was VERY PLEASANT TO COMMUNICATE. It seems that they are selected for work after an exam (as they say now), for tolerance. They always greet you with a smile, are interested in your well-being, how comfortable you feel. If anything happens, they always meet you, you can say that they please you in everything. We met a woman there who had visited several sanatoriums in different countries (we were there for the first time), and she said that compared to other similar institutions, honey. The paint, in some places, has already peeled off; the columns at the central entrance need to be painted again, because the lower part of the columns has already become a dirty gray shade, and the upper part is lighter. Some balconies urgently need to be strengthened; the plaster is crumbling and going out on them is dangerous. Above our balcony, plaster and stones were falling off in pieces, all this fell onto our balcony and sitting there was not pleasant and even dangerous. I brought this to the attention of our cleaning lady, and she reported it to the administration. The director of the sanatorium and his assistant came quickly, looked, wrote something down in their notebook, and promised that tomorrow the craftsmen would come and repair the lower part of the upper balcony. I was glad for their efficiency, but no one came. And, God forbid, one of the patients goes out onto this balcony and falls down, or someone gets hit in the head with a piece of plaster if they go out onto the balcony of the room where we lived (214). Further, there were no toiletries in the bathrooms. There was only liquid soap poured into a small container, and it barely flowed out. I am upset by the organization of the “All Inclusive” treatment - in fact, instead of the promised 42 procedures, only 36 were initially prescribed (the registrar did not write out some of the procedures, citing a sanitary day in the pool and a day off in the physio room). No one warned about the insufficient number of procedures and did not offer a replacement or refund for services not provided. I noticed the “shortage” myself, went to the receptionists - no one considered it necessary to correct the problem and in the end I was sent back to the doctor. After visiting the doctor again and replacing the missing procedures, I again had to go to the receptionists - all this took half a day, which could have been pleasantly spent in the fresh air)) I would like to recommend that the sanatorium administration improve the quality of services provided in this area

A great time during the off-season. Some outdatedness of the rooms was fully compensated by the friendliness and attention emanating from the staff.
