The room had a closet with 4 hangers and that was it. There were simply no shelves to display clothes at all. Everything was kept in a suitcase. The coat had to be hung in the closet because there was no other place. The cabinet drawers are almost impossible to open due to the fact that it is very old. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. There is also no socket. I will definitely return to Druskininkai, but NEVER again to the Drauguste sanatorium.

There is only one minus, but not for the sanatorium, but for those who organize a tour of Druskininkai (which is included in the package). Diana is responsible for this, but she does not do her job at all. During our 12 days stay, she never organized an excursion for us. When we called her and were indignant, a tour was scheduled for the next day at 17.00. On foot, in the cold, along the central alley near the church, that’s the whole excursion around Druskininkai😂

Excellent location, on the river bank and not far from the center. The room is large and spacious. The food is not fancy, but very tasty. Prepared with love. The procedures are wonderful, especially the massages, and at the Aphrodite complex there is a Turkish procedure - wow!!!! The staff is polite and helpful. One small minus is the repair of the bridge across the river. They could have installed a temporary one so that you could walk along the magnificent embankment.

I lived in the Villa Kollonnada, everything was clean and decent, the rooms were cleaned every day. The food in the dining room was very good, no frills, but always deliciously homemade. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to many other spa hotels and a city hospital, where you can buy other necessary procedures and just spend time. Overall everything is good for a three star hotel. You can always negotiate everything with the sanatorium employees for a fee.Negatives
The sanatorium is mainly visited by residents of Lithuania, whom the state sends for rehabilitation, mainly elderly people, everything is always quiet and calm, they don’t go to the pools and it’s always semi-desert, which can be a plus. Doctors working with such a contingent are very wary of prescribing procedures... I practically had to beg, of course there are fewer procedures than promised in the package, on weekends only water procedures work, by the way, visiting the pool is also a procedure and only for an hour, not like promised in the package. If you arrive on Saturday, for example, as I did...doctors don’t work on weekends and everything hangs up until Monday, but they will still prescribe no more than six procedures a day, so I advise you to keep this in mind. Hygiene during procedures also leaves questions... everything is simple for their pensioners.

I liked everything very much: the room, the treatment and the staff. I especially want to highlight the masseuse Vilma, her hands work a miracle, she is an excellent specialist and a sensitive person. I lived in room 325 and the maid Laima not only cleaned perfectly, but also did it while I was leaving for procedures. The atmosphere in the sanatorium is conveyed by the fact that when I went barefoot for treatments on the first day, Laima, seeing me in the corridor, asked if I would be cold. Then I still didn’t know how the doors and offices were located, but I went to change my shoes and only when I went downstairs did I appreciate the hint. In winter, of course, you shouldn’t go for procedures like this. There is a library and concerts are held. The location is excellent: the river is nearby, the forest and the city center are 10 minutes on foot. Grocery stores are close. It is safe to walk in the evening. I lived in the main building and it was convenient in winter to go downstairs and go through all the procedures. There is also a dining room here. I left at night and was given breakfast, which came in handy at the airport. Thanks a lot!Negatives
The comments are not about the sanatorium, they have nothing to do with this. Everything was great with the transfer, but I never got on the promised free excursion. At first Diana wrote that I had an appointment and they would call me, then they never called, a week passed. Then they set the date, time and place of the excursion. I went and looked at the place so as not to be late, canceled the procedure, and on the day of the excursion it was canceled, it was my last day of stay. If I had known right away that I wouldn’t get in, I would have gone myself; there are many excursions in the sanatorium.

The sanatorium is located in a quiet, cozy place, on the river bank, surrounded by a pine forest. All employees are professionals and masters of their craft. Excellent doctors, kinesiotherapists, physiotherapists, massage therapists... Very friendly, patient and responsive girls at the reception - they give a comprehensive answer to any question, always taking into account the wishes of vacationers. The food is always freshly prepared and varied, a very large selection of salads from fresh vegetables. Thank you for organizing a wonderful holiday and treatment!

Hello! I was treated at the spa hotel from August 31 to September 14. I liked everything very much. Excellent food, attentive and friendly staff. Good room. The most important thing was that they picked up the necessary physiotherapy, after the first session, the lower back and knee stopped hurting. The staff of the spa hotel were all the best. The sanatorium offers a rehabilitation program, so many people are in wheelchairs, everything is provided for their convenience. There are separate buildings for living, more modern and comfortable. There is a constant smell of food in the main building. The purpose and supply of mineral water is not very clear. It is kept in open carafes only when the canteen is open. You can drink 20 minutes before meals only by filling your bottles in advance. I don't see any benefit in this.

Draugyste, in my opinion, has an ideal location - practically the city center and at the same time - the bank of the Neman, the park - everything is nearby! Wonderful staff, snow-white linen, comfortable mattresses (this is very important for a comfortable sleep), very clean buildings and rooms. Druskininkai also made a great impression!
