Unfortunately, this time, at the very first meeting with the doctor Eugenija Kemeziene, who, at the end of our meeting, did not agree on the prescribed procedures with me and, moreover, designated the procedures that were included in my previously paid package as paid. A few days later, I went for a paid ultrasound procedure of the thyroid gland and internal organs. I couldn’t undergo an ultrasound of internal organs that day, because my doctor who prescribed this procedure forgot to tell me that I couldn’t eat. The doctor who did the ultrasound scheduled me for the procedure the next day. After that, I decided to change doctor, this happened literally on the third day of my stay in the sanatorium. When I came to the new doctor Janina Sadeckiene for an appointment, this doctor at first did not let me into the office. From the very first words, she began in a commanding tone on the threshold of her office to point her finger at my card and the office located next to her office. She spoke to me in an aggressive manner, saying that I was in the wrong office and my doctor was seeing me in the office next to me. She screamed so loudly that the nearby patients sitting in the offices and passing by should have all heard her putting me in my place. The only thing I said was that I changed doctors. To which I received an answer that this cannot be done and that in general she cannot help me with anything. The last thing she told me was that she is collegial, that is, her focus is not on the health of the patient, but on the well-being of her colleague. She behaved in full confidence that she was doing the right thing. To top it off, she asked what I had there and I said that since she met me, I had no questions or requests for help. My last phrase was that I was very upset by this meeting, to which she shook her head and said that I could sit and calm down. My question is, where is this doctor’s ethics, morality, and empathy? I was advised to go to the administration to the general director of the sanatorium. The general director's secretary went out into the corridor and brought in a young man who did not introduce himself; he looked at me questioningly, standing in front of me. I managed to say just a few phrases and he interrupted me and said that he understood everything. He wrote down my details and said that they would contact me. Two days later, the girl from the reception called me and asked me to come in, she apologized that this happened with the procedures, although it was not her fault!

The feedback was not very good (for comparison: last year, they responded instantly) After sending flight data for the transfer, I still did not receive a response, my name was not included in the list. Fortunately, upon arrival, I went out to the waiting room on time and there were enough empty seats on the bus; if I had been a little late, the bus would have left without me. It was not a very good start to the holiday.

Massage in room 105 was not good. The masseuse didn't speak to me appropriately. During the first massage I had pain from massaging, but the three subsequent massages were just light stroking.

The negative is the following. It is strange that a huge number of cars are parked on the territory of the complex. Walking is only possible in the forest. There is a strong smell from exhaust fumes, especially from old local cars. Yes, and there is no control. They park wherever they want.

I was lucky with a doctor who put together my best program in Aigle (I've been going there for about 8 years). I had extremely beneficial treatments. The food was simply gorgeous, and the opportunity to have a snack between main meals saved us from overeating (why eat too much if after half an hour you can go and eat again if you want to). I accidentally took the quiz - it was informative and interesting (I don’t know why I haven’t taken it before).Negatives
Thin cardboard walls and noisy neighbors. Once I had to call security. This time, the receptionist didn’t emphasize that there should be silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., well, the neighbors were talking/talking loudly, but I could hear everything and I couldn’t sleep.

The most negative thing is YOUR Transfer..... We didn’t spend so many nerves during the entire vacation.... as soon as during one conversation on the phone.... with Transfer and most importantly... such a driver drove us back.. .then it’s just CHARMING...well, everyone is nice and polite and pleasant.....why did you have to talk so ugly on the phone and who was talking to us??????

Friendly staff, all employees are professionals in their field, very good medical procedures that were included in my program, classes in the pool, varied and healthy food for every taste. I don’t eat beef and pork, but every day there was a choice of dishes for me. The workers were always cooperative. I was surprised that food was available almost around the clock :)) Perfect cleanliness everywhere! Large, beautiful well-groomed area. This is my first time in this sanatorium. Before that I was in Karlovy Vary, on Lake Heviz, etc. There is something to compare with. Here I felt more comfortable or something. Price and quality! I liked it all very much

My husband and I rested in the Egle standart sanatorium from 2022-08-08 to 2022-08-16. Everything is just super, many thanks to all the staff for their tremendous work. All procedures are on time, the staff is very friendly, everything is clean and tidy. The food in the dining room is buffet style, the only problem is not to overeat😋😋😋. Thank you very much, well done! I would like to say a special thank you to the massage therapists: Edita Karauskienė G 124-125 cab. (underwater massage) and Teresė Pavilavičienė B-112 cab. (therapeutic massage), responsible, professionals in their field, Thank you very much again, everything is just super! We recommend.
