On December 4-8, the mud procedure was performed by a woman who was harsh, almost aggressive. A mud treatment was prescribed for the entire back and shoulders. She ignored it 2 times. I had to talk to the older woman in the department, who was no more polite than the first one. But, apparently, a remark was nevertheless made and the third mud procedure was carried out a little better. The procedure is called mud wrapping. There is actually no wrap. A lump of dirt is thrown onto the sheet and the patient lies down on it. Where it ends up is not always where it needs to be. A patient from Pawlik said that Pawlik has a full mud bath where you take a dip. The lady who served me from December 3-8 threw dirt on the sheet in the lower back area, told me to lie down and abruptly wrapped me in a blanket. All this with a cold, impartial face. After 10 minutes, she abruptly tore off the blanket and sheet with the same face. It seemed that she hated her job and the patient. Another patient confirmed my comments to the head nurse of the department that the lady was very harsh. People like this scare me. My blood pressure even rose from stress. I already wanted to leave, but on Monday, fortunately, Marcela, a nice, calm woman, served me. I want to say that the procedures are short and very expensive. I paid for 2 weeks but even that is not enough. It would be optimal to buy a course for 3-4 weeks, since there are no procedures at all on Sunday and only one procedure on Saturday. Paying such an expensive hotel on a Sunday without procedures is not much fun. The medical buildings are far from the city, it is not easy for a sick person to go to the city. In spring and summer, the area around the sanatorium should be much more pleasant, since it’s all a park area, beautiful, well-groomed.

Excellent location of the hotel. It stands as a separate beautiful building in the park. The building is old and very beautiful outside and inside. We have traveled a lot, but have never encountered such a warm attitude. The hotel is not big and therefore every vacationer is known. Nadezhda Shpendlichkova greeted us very warmly, told us where she was and gave her recommendations. We stopped by after dinner and were immediately offered to have dinner in the lobby bar and go see the nurse. Throughout our vacation, she helped us with any questions. Nadezhda, thank you very much. The next day we were prescribed medical procedures. All the medical staff are very friendly, there are no queues for procedures. Thank you all very much. I arrived with back pain, and after 2 weeks of procedures everything went away. Special thanks to Oleynik Oksana (massage therapist), the medical worker who performed the soft techniques, as well as the nurses who helped and supported me in difficult times. The hotel rooms are very cozy and bright, with excellent sound insulation. The hotel is impeccably clean. The restaurant is 5+. Many thanks to the chef for the very tasty dishes, Olga Rybachkova and Veronica from the bar. You are just great! New Year's dinner exceeded all expectations. We really liked everything. Thanks to the hotel director Jon Krysl, who perfectly organized the work of the hotel and a special personal thank you for your warm and friendly attitude. The cleaning in the room is not very high quality; periodically, after cleaning, someone else's hair appears in the bathroom (obviously brought on a rag). I would like a kettle in the room. We stayed for 1 week, didn’t take any tests (they did before), periodically there were no towels at the pool

I would like the room to be cleaned more often, and not just changed towels and bathrobes. The hotel's exchange office is the most expensive in the city, so I had to carry currency into the office.

I recommend rest and treatment in this hotel to everyone! We were in Frantiskovy Lazne for the first time and will definitely come back here! Imperial - A very respectable hotel, surrounded by a park. The rooms are bright, spacious, good soundproofing. There is a small but very comfortable pool with underwater massage areas. Treatment at a very high level: individual rehabilitation gymnastics, massage, carbon dioxide and other baths, gas injections, inhalation oxygen therapy, magnet, gymnastics in the pool, Nordic walking with an instructor and other procedures prescribed after a doctor’s appointment. The hotel is located close to the main drinking springs and the main street. Very attentive and qualified doctors and nurses (speak Russian). The work of the restaurant also deserves special praise: breakfasts for every taste, porridge and omelettes are prepared upon request, the chef Joseph prepares meat and fish perfectly, the confectioners make very tasty desserts. The waiters (Olga Rybachkova), who also speak Russian, work very well and quickly. The hotel is not far from the Aquaforum, which can be visited for free, a bus stop in Cheb, a train stop (it takes 40 minutes to go to the nearest city in Germany - Marktredwitz for 9 euros (in 2 directions). There are many parks, ponds, you can see roe deer and pheasants, there are where to take a walk in nature.Negatives
In the information for guests of the sanatorium, it was noted that lunch is provided to new arrivals until 15-00. We arrived from Prague at 14-45, and we were not provided with lunch on the first day of our stay (without compensation on the last day of our stay). All shops, pharmacies, and many cafes close at 17-00 and are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
