Russian language in Frantiskovy Laz. Only the Chinese own the boutique, and then in their own way. In the sanatorium only Czech and German are spoken. All information in the room is in Czech. Military-budget chicken. There was another Russian-speaking family. And clients need to be informed about this. The dining room is the most negative thing we have seen (and we have been to the Czech Republic 5 times already). The food is not the main thing, the staff is completely disrespectful. We will not go to this sanatorium again.

This year I came to this sanatorium for the second time, like the last time I liked everything. The room was given with access to the main transition street, and was cleaned daily. On this visit, 2 women from the medical staff spoke Russian, which could not but rejoice, both masseuses even read poetry that they had learned at school)). Also speaking Russian is the woman who accepts payment, who helped me get breakfast upon early departure. The doctor was the same Fecko Pavel, who took into account my wishes regarding the procedures and excluded some of them. For which I thank him very much! He is generally a very friendly man! I gave up pearl and whirlpool baths because I visited the Aquaforum every day. The maximum number of procedures per day was 5. The following procedures were received: gas injections, peat compress, peat and carbon dioxide baths, massage, interdik + vacuum (physiotherapy). There were also 2 doctor visits, on the second day and on the penultimate day. I asked not to schedule the procedure on Saturday, which was also taken into account and, upon request, breakfast was provided on Friday evening, since I left early before breakfast. The food was good as always, a buffet in the morning, a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. This time they gave me a piece of paper with a menu in Russian and a pen to mark that I would be there. Well done! For Christmas in FL the tree is decorated and the trees in the center are dressed, garlands are hung, there is no fair. The nearest fair is in Cheb, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by bus. I also went to Marianske Lazne (about 30 minutes by train) - there is also a small fair near the colonnade and from there you can walk towards the station, and then take a trolleybus and return to the station. I also went to Nuremberg for the weekend, for a trip there I purchased a Bavarian-Bohemian ticket via the Internet, you can also buy it in Prague at the main station or in Germany. It is valid on weekends for 2 days and can also be used on public transport. Connections between trains are convenient, just a few minutes, the ride takes a little over 2 hours. The Nuremberg Fair is excellent as always. I also went to Marktredwitz, for a trip there I bought an Egronet ticket for 200 crowns, in Germany it costs 2 times more. There is no particular excitement about visiting the city, it’s a small town with shops in the center.Negatives

The young girl, just like on my last visit, simply did not say hello back, completely ignored her, and one day she came up to the card room for dinner 20 minutes later, although she saw me arrive and there were 2 more in the room. person. The safety of personal belongings is at a high level; while relaxing in the sauna, an expensive watch was forgotten, which was immediately returned, for which special thanks!!! We were late for an excursion to Prague because the navigator couldn’t find the right address. In a short time, the hotel administrator found and printed out a plan on how best to get there and ran to the car in time to give it to us. The attitude of the restaurant workers was upsetting; they were pointedly unfriendly to the Russian language. We come from Moldova, we live in Germany, we don’t know the Moldovan language, we know German very poorly, we ignore Russian, although there was no language barrier with other employees of the sanatorium, we communicated in both Russian and German.

Excellent sanatorium. Located in the city center. The doctor speaks Russian. The rest of the staff mainly spoke Czech and German, some knew a few words of Russian. They don't speak English. But this did not interfere at all, everything was clear. All the necessary procedures were prescribed: peat compress, peat bath, gas injections, massage, physiotherapy - all for problem areas. The schedule for the procedures was given in Russian. I asked to change one of the procedures, this was done without any problems. The room was warm, the heating was on at the end of April. The battery in the bathroom was powered by electricity. The sanatorium has 4 elevators, so you can get to the procedures without any problems. 10 minutes away is an aquaforum with an outdoor and indoor pool, water 31 degrees, different jets and pressures. There are parks nearby where you can walk for hours. They fed us for slaughter, the portions of side dishes were huge, there was always rice or potatoes. On the first day, we selected a menu for lunch and dinner, breakfast was a buffet: porridge, sliced cheese and meat, breakfast cereals. There was coffee only in the mornings.

I had to change appointments many times in two weeks and each time I simply “knocked out” the procedures for which I purchased a ticket and went through a difficult route: carbon dioxide baths, gas injections, massage, gymnastics. In two weeks I received only: 5 pieces. massages for 15-20 minutes, 4 classes in the hall, 1 swimming pool with chlorinated water, gas injections with a limit of 4-6 in one procedure. Each time the doctor suggested that I should not change, but rather buy the procedures included in the list of procedures available under the terms of the voucher.
