Overall I liked the resort. Hungary is a very picturesque country with a rich history. The thermal lake exceeded expectations. I would like better cleaning in the premises of the thermal complex.

A tranquil health resort, the bathroom itself - should be brought up to a more modern standard (more changing rooms, men's and women's areas should be divided). A little more cleanliness wouldn't hurt the bathroom, you should look a little more into the corners (cobwebs, replace or remove defective furniture). More leisure activities could also be offered. Unfortunately, Hungarian cuisine is forgotten; almost every restaurant only serves dishes aimed at tourists. That was too bad! From booking to moving in, the program was easy and good. The only thing I had to do was cancel a booking, despite the booking number it was frozen until it worked (didn't see if my cancellation had arrived, had to wait for a reply!) This is a resort for all seasons. I was there in February, I was lucky with the weather, it was sunny, and I was in a spring mood. The lake is always warm, so even in winter you can safely swim in it. The town is small, but there are many different shops. The air is extraordinary!!! By bus you can get to Keszthely in 5 minutes and walk along the Balaton embankment, feed the swans, and also visit the Festetics Palace. Also many excursions outside Heviz are organized: Budapest, Vienna, Pécs and many other excursions
