There are problems with service at this hotel. The cleaning couldn't be worse. The towels are not changed for 2-3 days. In the evening at dinner you won’t get waiters for drinks. The hotel management urgently needs to change managers. The hotel is not managed properly. Some people save pennies and then lose thousands.

A very sore point is nutrition! People come mostly with sore throats, and the food is always too salty! Even the boiled vegetables were salted from the heart! For what? After all, there is salt on the table, for those who can’t get enough salt, we only had soup for lunch, and why not a full lunch? We thought it was a full meal, but the second menu in the restaurant consisted of 4-6 dishes, of which we could only take fried chicken, so for 18 days we ate breaded chicken, no matter how we asked not to salt the chicken, it was useless. And they served the same soup 2-3 times, and it ended with the liver soup they served us on August 25 and 26, August 27, we didn’t sleep all night, my husband was vomiting, had diarrhea, and we flew away early with pain and diarrhea. If they hadn’t asked me, I wouldn’t have written, I wanted to forget it like a bad dream. And I’m already silent about the monotony of dishes. For such a price in K-Vary there would be full board, and 51 procedures, with diet meals, but here there are only 18 procedures, and soup for lunch, from which we barely escaped from Hungary! Ask for emotions, but it just boiled over, it was paid for, there was nowhere to go!

I was very pleased that I got a room with a balcony (although it didn’t seem to be included when booking) - special thanks for that! The hotel has polite, beautiful staff - ready to hear and fulfill the guest's request/wishes. The room is small but has everything you need. New modern furniture, a large bed with a comfortable mattress - it was all there! The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied. At lunch they served a beautiful and tasty soup. I liked the spa area - spacious and cozy. I would like to especially thank the attentive and executive managers of sanatoriums.com. In general, I liked everything, except for what I will write below.Negatives
So.. It’s a shame that such a good hotel has absolutely poor room cleaning! In particular the bathroom! Why doesn’t management pay attention to this? But cleaning is included in the price of the trip!! It's outrageous that 14 nights!! Bed linen was changed only once! Standard check-in was expected in a room without a window. Instead of a window there is some kind of gap. When I booked the room, I didn’t say a word about such nuances. There is also no mention of such numbers in the advertising video. As a result, I paid an extra 15 euros per day and was transferred to another room. It’s very unpleasant when there is such a discrepancy. No matter how they lie. But the information on the website does not actually correspond to the room in which they are staying.

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the thermal lake, which is very convenient when taking medical procedures. The hotel itself is new, cozy and stylish. The staff is responsive and attentive. Amazing cuisine: exquisite menu, light and very tasty dishes, which distinguishes Bonvital from other hotels. Wonderful water zone: swimming pool with hydromassage, several types of baths and saunas. Excellent hotel location, close to the lake, shops, currency exchange! The food is top notch, varied menu, fresh produce, cheeses. The service of the hotel staff is at the highest level. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed upon request, thank you for the excellent service, we will definitely come back to you again. All procedures were completed as expected. We would like to mention the young man who performed the mud and extraction procedures for us; unfortunately, we did not recognize his name.
