- after a personal appeal to the staff! the towels were not changed, the bed linen was not changed either, in the bathroom (and in general), in my opinion, the cleaning did not correspond to the declared level and status of the hotel, they also did not vacuum properly once in 9 days - one massage therapist (so fat), NOT AT ALL HAS AN UNDERSTANDING about the structure of the human body and his “massage” (without oil.....) is even dangerous, be careful, they asked us not to give it to us anymore. By the way, he was a hack when he did the mud procedure and the traction.... The unpleasant thing is that money was paid for this “massage”... the Russian-speaking girl Irina, after our calls to her (they called by chance, apparently during non-working hours), during business hours she didn’t deign to call back even once, although she probably understands that since there was a call, it means it’s on business and she needs help. I saw her later, she “offers” excursions, maybe something else for money. But she never did her job as an assistant to Bonvital’s clients. Such minor shortcomings can be found in any hotel. but this is more likely a poor job of the manager in recruiting and monitoring than the shortcomings of the hotel itself :)))

The food was deliciously prepared, but too monotonous, like everything for breakfast and dinner during our entire stay (2 weeks). Perhaps I’m thinking of diversifying the dishes, there is a very small selection of fruits and they are not always of high quality, not fresh. (peaches are black inside , the oranges were wrinkled, but there were enough grapes for two people). It would be nice to sometimes offer national dishes, in accordance with the people who arrived at the hotel. (One week there were more Germans, another Russian) People sometimes miss their cuisine, but this is my personal opinion. Still, many thanks to the staff, they tried their best!! !😉😀 We also encountered language problems at the reception, and the translator was always missing.

We came to Heviz for the first time. Unfortunately, expectations were only met by 50%. The location of the hotel relative to the lake is undoubtedly a plus, and the lake is the main purpose of the trip! Everything else is just “good.” The room was good, large (we have apartments), although slightly shabby, the sofa was defective... the staff was friendly, but not smiling. Cleaning was satisfactory every day. Medical department with standard procedures. The massage therapists work well. At the spa reception, the staff speaks not only Russian, but also English. I was very surprised by the restaurant. We didn't expect this, honestly. The food is monotonous, practically the same every day, and it feels like the nutrition manager has no idea about proper nutrition in general, and for older people in particular, and yet they make up the main contingent of vacationers! And no diet menu!!! The food is too fatty, fried, and often too salty. The desserts are very sweet, there is nothing at all for people with diabetes! The choice of vegetables and fruits is limited. We do not recommend booking full board. Lunch is available at the hotel's Bistro. You won't have a choice; eat what they bring. As a rule, the food was not tasty and unhealthy.Negatives

Based on this information, the hotel was chosen. In fact, it turned out that the procedures I was counting on were all paid. The doctor prescribes the simplest ones (there is a list in the SPA). I think this needs to be warned about so people know what to expect! And another wish to the representative of sanatoriums.com at the Marina Hotel. There is no need to prioritize the sale of excursions. Basic help with translation at the reception or simple questions about Heviz, it’s not that difficult. As for the hotel. My husband and I vacationed at the Bonvital Spa Hotel from 21.08. to 09/03/2019 The location of the hotel is good, on the main street, next to the lake. The hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean, comfortable, everything you need is there. The staff tries to fulfill all the requests of vacationers as much as possible. The food was excellent; in connection with the excursion, we asked for breakfast to take with us on the road in the morning.
