Close location to the lake. Cleanliness and neatness of the premises. Friendly and welcoming staff. Chic bar and good employees. Live music in the evenings at the cafe-bar. Liked everything. The SPA area is magnificent, the water with lemon and mint was very, very pleasing, and the fruits too. Thanks for the rest. The food is good. The treatment is excellent. Special thanks to Adom (golden hands) for the massage. He is a professional in his field (next time only go to him). We will definitely come to this hotel again. Lots of vacationers with dogs. My only wish is that they cleaned better and changed the bed not after 5 days, but after 3 days! And I wanted I wish there were floor scales in every room! (I want to apologize for my grammatical errors ...started to forget Russian)...now about my stay in this hotel...but first I’ll say this...I want to go back there again..we agree we are all looking for a place where there is good treatment...and I’ll be honest. .. it’s at a high level there.. and mud and baths... and what kind of massage is there... mmmmmmmmm.. Adam is just a massage therapist from God... believe me, I already know a lot about massages.. secondly... the kitchen.. .the food was just amazing...third...the location of the hotel is everything is very close..so I recommend this hotel...of course there are negative things...but...that's not the main thing...Negatives

( not a question)... this is GOOD!... and then when you try to explain yourself to those who are higher... it is perceived as a complaint... although.. Дело в том, что наш отель позиционируется , как отель велнес и гастрономический и не входит в позицию лечебных отелей, хотя наличие лечебной базы мы имеем. В связи с этим и фактом близкого, минимально близкого, расположения к целебному озеру, в нашем отеле отсутствует зона термально- лечебных вод! Велнес зона любого отеля в Хевизе располагает бассейнами с обычной водой, это не лечебная зона, а отделение релаксации и отдыха. По замечанию превышенного содержания хлора в воде мы отреагируем, связавшись с техническим директором отеля. С уважением, команда Bonvital

At first we were denied lunch, although we had booked three meals a day, and were asked to deal with this problem ourselves. While we were sorting it out, I lost the desire to dine at the hotel, so it was a waste of money. Well, the most unpleasant thing is that every morning (this is not an exaggeration) at exactly 6.00 a rumble was heard in the corridor opposite our door, the maids took out their equipment, poured water, and so on. There were two cases when the receptionist twice tried to withdraw money for services in the restaurant. Once I was able to immediately notice a “misunderstanding”. The second time the hotel managed to withdraw money twice for a restaurant service. True, this “misunderstanding” was recognized at the reception and the money was returned to the bank card, but unfortunately I still don’t see it in the account (5000 forints). Probably on the road.
