Treatment = Due to the lack of our own treatment facilities, the variety of treatment procedures is limited, the time of treatment procedures is divided throughout the day (there is no compactness), access to the pools is only for a fee and is limited in time. Food = All dishes are very salty or oversaturated with sugar. No dietary options. For breakfast there is no oatmeal, no cottage cheese. Accommodation = There are no hair dryers and no electric kettles in the rooms. Bad Internet. I won't come here again.

If you paid for tea, coffee, etc. at the bar. in cash, then 100% of the money will be withdrawn from you upon departure, so my advice is not to pay right away. The medical base wants the best! The website did not say that the resort allowed pets, but I am allergic to animals. On the floor next to the room we lived in on the 7th floor, there lived a man with a large collie dog. I think there were also animals in the room before us. Instead of happily going to treatments and enjoying your vacation, you have to deal with asthma attacks and allergies. Call a doctor to your room and pay for his appointment: an injection and a prescription, because Medicines are not sold without a prescription. We learned that animals (dogs) live in the SANATORIUM and that one of them lives nearby on the floor on the last day before departure. It’s terrible that there is no information on the site...for an allergy sufferer this is very important information, we would not go to this SANATORIUM with animals, but choose another one. And it’s surprising that this is still a SANATORIUM, and not a hotel or a tourist center; people come here for treatment. There should be a separate hotel for dogs.

When we checked in, they said that we could only pay for our stay in forints, we exchanged euros for forints, and when we checked out, the amount of our stay turned out to be higher, and the reason for this was the exchange rate that had changed. This turned out to be a very unpleasant surprise, more looks like a scam. If you can pay in euros, why mislead people? As a result, the amount of deception was 20,000 forints. Another big minus is the lack of drinks during dinner, there is not even water, plain water. Although they will bring them to you for an additional fee This is a little strange for a service that pretends to be European.

We visited Heviz from 12/17/17-11/27/17, we liked everything, our room was good, view of the blue church, you go out onto the balcony and see such a beauty. The food was very tasty, there weren’t many treatments, but you can buy more, you can go to the thermal pools in a robe along the way, it’s very convenient, they gave you tickets to the pools and to the lake, you can go twice a day for 3 hours, in general we had a blast. We really want to come next year and if the prices are the same, then to this convenient hotel.

The accommodation itself was quick and polite, but the quality of the room and cleanliness is something they don’t know here at all. The linen is dirty and stained, towels are changed only upon request. Even the ad in the bathroom weighs so that they are protected and do not overload the laundry with work. The curtains are torn, the walls are shabby, I would like to attach more photos, It’s a pity that this is not possible. All arrivals are divided by country of arrival. On the first channel there is constantly advertising about a card with a 65% discount, but it is in Hungarian, and when you ask how to buy it, no one understands either Russian or German. Although I noticed that Russian speakers had a communication problem. German is spoken, but not by many.

Decide already!!! On the other hand, if there is a menu on the tables that includes tea, why do you refuse to bring it???; Table setting occurs only at the opening of the restaurant, and then look for everything yourself... then don’t set it at all!; Not enough staff.; It takes a very long time to clear a table where there is no one left.; Not attentive to visitors with very small children!; At breakfast on the tables there are glasses with bags for garbage...there are staff who collect the teddy bears and replace them with new ones, but there are some who throw the garbage out of the bags and put sugar bowls in dirty bags...question.. .and you wash them afterwards??? And they washed the glasses under the trash, because even if you come in for breakfast at 7 am (breakfast is from 7 to 10) they can be dirty from the outside... while the staff does not pay any attention to comments... in fact, the restaurant manager cannot be called! !!

Very old rooms, tired, dull rooms. No one indicates that the hotel has two types of superior rooms - those with a decent renovation (located on floors 6,7,8,9) and those without renovation, or the renovation was done a very long time ago (10,11,12,13 floors). We were placed in the old-style superior. The walls are gray and dirty, the pillow on the bed is a bag filled with pieces of cotton wool, it is impossible to sleep on it. On the balcony there is ancient, burnt-out plastic furniture (I would have thrown this out long ago even in the garden). Room cleaning is conditional - it comes down to throwing out garbage and replacing towels. Apparently they vacuum and wipe off dust only during the intervals when guests move in or out.
