The price tag indicated 50 thousand forints, I also wanted to do between the eyebrows in the price tag the amount of 15 thousand. The doctor said that between the eyebrows this is also a whole zone and I didn’t do it. For the zone on For some reason the price was set at 60 thousand. The assistant translator Ilona spent a very long time sorting things out with the chief administrator. In the end, I paid 50 thousand. No one from the administration came out or apologized, except Ilona. They spoiled my mood and I lost my time waiting for the conflict to be resolved. I hope to get an explanation why there is a discrepancy, I have not been to an appointment with a private doctor, where he sets the price.

I advise you not to take full board - for lunch and dinner the food is 85% the same. There are many restaurants around. On the last day, my son and I got poisoned at dinner at the hotel - we still didn’t understand what exactly, we ate different things... it’s good that it passed within a day, but a very unpleasant end to the vacation... it’s a shame! Poor knowledge of English by the hotel staff - everyone speaks rather German, be prepared for this.

In the thermal pool at the Carbona Hotel, the clock is too small and the hands are difficult to distinguish. There were isolated cases of waiters being unfriendly in a restaurant, but only at dinner before closing. In order to leave early, they start setting tables for breakfast 40 minutes before the end of dinner and do not allow vacationers to sit at these tables. There were situations when in an empty restaurant that was open for another 30 minutes there was no place to sit, and the staff reacted extremely reluctantly to requests to set a new table.

In general, this is no longer a hospital, but a Relax hotel. Not enough procedures. The big minus is not one massage therapist per course, but different ones every day. In terms of placement: rooms with windows overlooking the street and restaurant do not fully contribute to Relaxation. The big drawback was the poor performance of the air conditioning: surprisingly there were many hot days. The room was stuffy; the air conditioner was turned on, blowing warm air. Only the massage therapists' rooms were well air-conditioned.

The food has deteriorated significantly compared to last year and even more noticeably since the year before. They add something to the water or mud (maybe some kind of disinfectant) to burn the skin in those places that were smeared with mud. The clothes smelled of food - the hood in the restaurant apparently did not work at all.
