My friend and I vacationed at the Atlantik Palast sanatorium in February 2024. This sanatorium attracted us with its magnificent location, beautiful building and, to be honest, a very large discount for that period of time (later we understood why it arose). We spent two weeks in this sanatorium. The medical center is small, but everything is very modernly decorated, the nurses are friendly and pleasant. The only surprise was that the curtains in the cabins do not close all the way... The sanatorium has a very good masseuse named Viviana. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly and daily. Bed linen is changed once a week. As for the restaurant, which is located on the top floor, I was surprised by its size. He is, one might say, tiny. The food was prepared well, but.... This is not a four star hotel restaurant! The choice is very small, for dinner there is no ordering of dishes, but a buffet, almost no variety.... There is no talk of any dietary food, although it is stated in the hotel description. The restaurant has very pleasant service staff. Thanks to the girls, they did everything they could. The room equipment is generally quite good; there is a kettle with a tea set, which is replenished regularly.Negatives
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the first thing that surprised us was that the only elevator was not working! And we, two middle-aged (75 and 68 years old) and unhealthy women, had to drag our suitcases (after a 9-hour journey!) up the spiral staircase to the 4th floor! It turns out that the elevator has not been working for a long time and will not start working soon! There is no luggage delivery service at the hotel either upon arrival or departure! There were no apologies from either the hotel management or the reception staff! In general, the reception service is an empty place; they did not solve any of our problems, from a non-working light bulb in the room to dragging suitcases! Therefore, we rate the work of the staff as “very bad”! We do not recommend the sanatorium to anyone.Positives

We do not recommend this hotel!!! This is a hotel, and not a 4-star, but a 2-star! This is not a sanatorium, as described and embellished on the website! We are a married couple. We bought a SPA package with a course of treatment and full board for 3 weeks. During my stay at the Atlantic Palace, I did not receive proper treatment - not all procedures. One doctor consultation was received instead of two. The doctor gave the impression of a completely incompetent person. No laboratory tests were performed, as stated on the website and included in the package. The food is disgusting: the food is tasteless and inedible, the same every day. The salads often contained stale, wilted and yellowed greens, which was repeatedly noted to the kitchen staff. Only occasionally were the meat and fish cooked relatively well; in other cases, everything was dry and overcooked. The same dishes were served daily. Maybe this is ok for a one day stay at the hotel, but not for a long stay. A large number of plates were chipped. There was a huge cobweb hanging in the corner of the room the entire time we were there; the room was cleaned somehow, in a hurry. There is dust in the corners and behind doors. The mattresses were old, made entirely of foam rubber, both sides of the mattress were wrinkled and chewed, so it was impossible to sleep on them. The package states one excursion to Prague, but all free excursions included in the package take place on Thursdays. We warned the staff in advance about the excursion to Prague in order to reschedule the procedures from Thursday to other days. To which we received a refusal from an employee of the medical floor, saying that there were no free places available. But at the time of our stay, the hotel was empty for almost 2 weeks, and only a week before the New Year it was occupied by guests. But various excursions can be taken on weekends for a fee.
