Since I came to this sanatorium for the second time in a row (and at the same time of year), I have the opportunity to compare. Of course, this year the quality and variety of food has deteriorated. The assortment of fruits has decreased; cold appetizers on the buffet are mainly cabbage, carrots, and pickles. Salads for lunch and dinner - from previously made sausage slices. Desserts in the form of cakes and rolls (delicious) - but now only for lunch. But in general, the food is dietary (as it should be) and it is enough. I would also like to say something about the pool. The water is quite cool, so there are few people walking (although this is probably a plus!)

My husband and I vacationed in the Bristol sanatorium from 04/24/17 to 05/05/17. The sanatorium is huge, the room is magnificent with a balcony and a view of the blooming city / we lived on the sixth floor / The room has a TV with two Russian programs, a refrigerator, a bar, a safe, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, body cream, a robe, slippers. Towels were changed every day, bed linen twice a week. We ate in the restaurant - buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request (ordered a day in advance) / the dishes were delicious and were never repeated. The sanatorium has a SPA with a swimming pool and three baths. Honey. and the service staff speak Russian, this is very important. The doctor listened to our health complaints and made prescriptions, we were satisfied. It is possible to do a medical examination for an additional fee; the conclusion is issued in Russian. Drink water in small sips three times a day for 30 minutes. before eating, for this we went into the city, everything was nearby. The city is small, flourishing, there is a beautiful theater, we watched a performance in Russian. We were pleased with our vacation.Negatives

We rested at the Bristol George House sanatorium in August 2017. To say that we liked it would be an understatement. Everything was just great. Very fast, no delays, check-in to the room, very friendly service, procedures are carried out by highly professional staff, an attentive doctor, the food is very varied and high quality, a lot of food, there is plenty to choose from, the rooms were cleaned every day (and the bathrooms and showers were disinfected every day), towels were changed every day, the bed seems to be every other day. A very big thank you to all the staff, the service is at the highest level!

The Bristol George House Sanatorium is part of the Bristol Sanatorium Group, and treatment rooms are located in different buildings. In the first three or four days it is difficult to navigate and find the location of the offices. The diagrams available in the corridors are not informative enough. Lack of air conditioning in the room (check-in was in May, so air conditioning was not needed; but I believe that in hot weather the room would not be very comfortable). The restaurant does not have a coffee machine, so espresso coffee at breakfast can only be ordered for extra money.

We were in Bristol for the first time. We expected more. The staff is friendly. The treatment is normal, but the food, in our opinion, is disgusting. The breakfasts are good, but as for the hot dishes... they are all equally tasteless. The chef needs to be changed. As for cleaning the rooms, the floors were wiped down, the towels were changed and that was it. It is not necessary to wipe off dust and wash plumbing fixtures. It was very stressful running around for treatment through the underground passages of 4 hotels. Treatment should take place in a calm environment, but here it’s all racing. At the same time, my daughter was relaxing at the Iris and was very pleased with everything. The food there is excellent and everything else is up to par. Next time we'll go to Iris.

I am writing about the entire complex, which includes Georgy House, where we vacationed in February. This sanatorium does not need advertising. Everything here is worthy. Great location, beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, good staff. There are many regular customers here. Everything is conducive to a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is exactly what happened when I was here in December. It so happened that I had to come here in February. At times it seemed to me that we were not in beautiful Bristol, but in a Turkish hotel. This was especially noticeable in the restaurant: children screaming and running, food smeared on the floor, people relaxing in flip-flops and sweatpants. All this in those interiors looked at least ridiculous, if not wild. I'm not against children, small children should run and frolic a lot, but the interiors of Bristol are not suitable for children's games. The food got worse. There is more fuss. I spoke to many regular customers and everyone was upset about this. People complained that Bristol was not the same anymore.
