The food at the hotel is good, buffet style, it is impossible to resist not eating more, however, like everywhere else in Karlovy Vary. As a precaution, I would like to warn you that the room must be vacated early, since the electronic card is blocked before the scheduled 12:00 hours. The hotel does not warn about this, unfortunately.

1. It would be nice to have kettles and a set of tea and coffee in the room. 2. Very poor selection in the lobby bar. Drinks only, no pastries for tea, no basic snacks. 3. For some reason, in 2 weeks the bed linen was changed only 2 times. 4. There are questions about the pool: - there are no towels specifically for the pool; - the counterflow did not work; - to my surprise, there was a paid sauna, which is not indicated on the hotel websites; - the pool is opened only by the reception staff and sometimes you have to wait for them to arrive, and since the entrance to the pool is right opposite the street door, it gets cold. It is not clear why there is a key to enter the pool, because there are no strangers in the hotel.

I didn’t like the availability of saunas and wellness itself - only for an additional fee and for a previously appointed limited time. Only a small pool is available and only if someone has not paid for it along with the sauna.
