The hotel is comfortable, well renovated. Excellent medical base. We took a child with us, I will say that this hotel is definitely not an option to relax with a child. Firstly, there are problems with scheduling procedures. So that one of my husband and I could intercept the child, we had to ask the staff to shift the time of the procedures.

Among the advantages, I can highlight perhaps a good treatment base. A few hotels in Karlovy Vary have baths with natural thermal water. In Tchaikovsky, the water is supplied from a source, well, they don’t save it, the water in the bathroom is completely thermal. The doctor explained that this is extremely beneficial for the spine and skin. I have kyphosis, but I didn’t feel any special effect from such procedures, except that the pain went away. And that’s probably because everything worked together: gas injections, gymnastics, massage. In general, the hotel is good, I recommend it.

We had a great time. Superior hotel. The prices are quite high, probably mainly because the hotel is new with excellent renovation. Everything in the room is very decent. Daily cleaning and bed change every three days. Food is not for everyone. Those who are accustomed exclusively to home cooking will quickly get bored with the monotony of a buffet in the morning.

The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. Elevation, clean air, no resort bustle. The downside is that when you walk from the springs to the hotel, which is about 15 minutes uphill, you feel the strain quite strongly. And if you wear warm clothes in winter, then even more so. The area is deserted in the evenings. The hotel staff works well. You can order the sauna in advance and you will be there alone.

The hotel is not very big, but with a cool renovation. The rooms are large. You can wear bathrobes in the hotel, but not in the restaurant. The doctor is more or less intelligent. The medical staff is different, there are friendly employees, there are those who stand stone-faced for half an hour while doing the procedure. The contingent is from Ukraine and Russia.
