1. There are no disposable sheets for procedures. In previous years they were. 2. Worse prepared food. Good food on days when the chef is working. More limited menu. Some fish are served with fins?! There were not enough dishes from the menu twice. I had to be indignant. 3. The rooms began to be poorly cleaned. The dust is practically not wiped off. I timed it. The deluxe room is cleaned in 7-10 minutes!? 4. Over the year the hotel has changed for the worse.

We vacationed with the whole family (me, my wife and our 5-year-old daughter) from 01/10/15 to 01/23/15. I really liked the hotel, the hotel is positioned as a spa hotel with its own healing part, swimming pool, sauna, hammam. The hotel management provided us with a room with better characteristics than we had booked, apparently a New Year's gift. The food is arranged in an interesting way: on weekdays there is a menu, and on weekends there is a buffet; we called the weekends “loading” days. The hotel is conveniently located, next to the terminus of bus #2, and also close to the mineral springs. I recommend this hotel, I also advise you to pay in cash, because if you pay with a currency card, the hotel will calculate at an unfavorable rate for you, it is better to bring money, exchange it at the exchanger and pay in cash.

We had a problem that the procedures were scheduled at different times and my husband underwent one of them only after lunch, which disrupted the schedule of our planned trips on excursions. We had 2 doctor’s examinations as planned, all unscheduled visits were paid. And not cheap.
