No one really knows anything and is not responsible for anything! The exception is the director, a very nice young woman, but it is almost impossible to get a conversation with her (fortunately I succeeded). If room cleaning is done, it is very superficial, and mostly it is not done at all. You need to constantly call the reception and ask at least to change the towels. There is a lot more that could be said in this vein. In short, look at other hotels, maybe you'll have better luck. I'm not sure that my friends and I will come back here again.

Previously, for breakfast the cook would fry eggs, an omelet with options for additives, but now all this is gone. There are fewer salads. Dinner is also very monotonous. In terms of treatment: there were moments when the spa staff did not cope with the workload, which is why a queue formed for the procedures, although they were scheduled on time. Often people were forgotten in bags during the dry coal bath procedure. And this happened more than once. They also forgot us during the oxygen therapy procedure and paraffin gloves. We had to free each other ourselves. This restaurant had a good reputation. Many people from different countries came here to relax and receive treatment for 10, 17 years during the Christmas and New Year period. They already knew each other and communicated. This also created a special atmosphere. And it’s sad that after our stay this time, almost all the regular customers (and we actively communicated and shared our impressions) said that they would not come to Dvorak again. Of course, others will come who don’t know how good it was here before. But Dvorak has lost long-time loyal regular customers.

Judging by the confident and skillful behavior of the staff at the reception, it is likely that this is encouraged by the hotel administration, although I don’t want to believe it at all. The reception manager named Marina Verbiy offered to pay an additional bill for laboratory tests carried out by the hotel hospital for two people for a total of 2300 CZK. However, the services of the hospital, including laboratory tests (this is indicated in the text in the list of living conditions when booking) were paid by us at the request of the receiving reception manager on the day of check-in. Based on the results of a long, very unpleasant and unconstructive conversation with the manager Marina for 45 minutes, it turned out that we wasted our time explaining with Marina the manager, although she insisted on her competence in this matter. The decision to classify the cost of services as additionally paid falls within the competence of the manager of the hospital, where everything went smoothly and was resolved within 5 minutes. Thanks to the hospital staff. The further continuation of the conversation with the manager, Marina, about paying the restaurant bill for evening drinks written down to the room number (a convenient option - an innovation of the management company) surprised us even more! When I asked to see a transcript of the total amount to be paid (we were already vigilant!), she said that she would provide us with a transcript immediately after payment of the entire required amount!!! This seemed to us beyond the concept of good and evil, we objectively began to choose whether we should consider the manager, Maria, an unskilled worker or is this a game in the hotel - drive the guest to white heat?! Thank you to the hotel for your hospitality and food for thought! Guests have a good rest and be careful when paying your bills! PS It’s better to receive bills in advance of departure, otherwise there may not be enough time to search for the truth)

The sight of the fruit inspired: the restaurant strongly recommends not eating fruit. We never ate.
