We liked everything. The hotel is located in a convenient location, good air. Mineral water springs are not far away. Good food, very friendly staff. Treatments can be performed on site. We are planning to come again, and of course to Eliška.

Excellent location of the hotel and very attentive staff, especially the head nurse Lena, nurse Yana, the massage therapist Josef is simply great at giving massages! The stunning view from the window and fresh air in conjunction with the pleasant staff of the Eliska Hotel made me healthier for the year ahead! The attentive attitude of the reception staff in Bozhena and Zdena helping to resolve any issues, made my stay at the hotel comfortable! The food is plentiful and very tasty, the waiters are attentive! The buffet is plentiful. The waitress Katya is always cheerful and friendly, which contributes to a good mood! Special thanks to the director Olga for the excellent organization of the sanatorium. There are a lot of minuses. On the shift on May 2, a very rude and unfriendly woman worked at the reception who did not open the door from the parking lot and we were looking for another entrance with our suitcases. And during the entire vacation she behaved very rudely with everyone on vacation. And when we left, we asked if there was food Were there scales at the reception - we heard a scream. Like, what else was missing. Although in other 4-star hotels there are scales for weighing suitcases. A very negative and unpleasant person. In the restaurant, in my opinion, Katya is very inaccurate and does not understand Russian well, unlike the fragile short-haired girl. These two ladies were somehow not pleasant for us. They were also spoken of by those sitting at the tables nearby. We just didn’t have time to meet with the director of this hotel. But we will still come to rest, just not to this hotel. Hotel clearly deserves 3 or even 2 stars. Obviously not 4.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, excellent, spacious room with everything you need. The price/quality ratio is very good. For those who come to drink water, walk around the city and are not chasing very good, and therefore very expensive treatment, I recommend this hospitable hotel. We also vacationed in more expensive sanatoriums in Karlovy Vary, but none of them left such wonderful impressions.

- Some nuances are still present. Despite being warned twice about the need for separate beds, the administrator knew nothing about it. It's good that the room had the ability to make 2 beds. What if not? The holiday would be ruined. - The medical base still needs to be updated.

This was our second time at the hotel. I liked everything - the procedures, the food, and the accommodation. Clean, comfortable, friendly environment. Separately, I would like to note that if there is any dissatisfaction, the staff makes every effort to correct everything. At the reception: during one shift the lady was friendly and spoke Russian. In another, she was sharp, twitchy, spoke Russian with reluctance, could talk on the phone endlessly and was angry that you were distracting her. Also in the restaurant, Katya, with very nice communication, never put out baked goods for evening tea. But the baked goods remained. But her replacement always put out buns for dinner.

I chose the Eliška Hotel thanks to the Sanatoriums.com newsletter and I didn’t regret it at all. The welcome was warm, as if I had come to visit my friends. I really liked the room: spacious, with a balcony, a good TV with Russian channels, a comfortable bed, and a luxurious bathroom. Delicious and varied food. Breakfast and dinner were quite enough for me. Everything was home-cooked, tasty, varied and satisfying. The New Year's Eve was very fun with live music and dancing in a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Treatment lasts until lunchtime. I really enjoyed the massage - both Janochka and Josef were super! Nurse Elena is a great cosmetologist! The result is noticeable after the 1st procedure. I recommend it to all women! In general, I would like to note that the entire hotel staff is very friendly and friendly. For this, great respect goes to the head of this “team”, Olga. I will be glad to come to "Eliška" again.

I liked everything: the warm welcome, the chic spacious room with a small balcony, which provided all the amenities; timely change of linen and cleaning; delicious varied food, with lunch and dinner of your choice; always friendly hotel staff, who speak not only Russian, but also other languages... Many thanks to the professional massage therapist Josef, as well as Yana and Elena, who are always very caring, affectionate, tactful. My sincere gratitude to Dr. Olga for her attention and warmth. The location of the sanatorium suited me quite well, because... It’s even good and healthy to walk to the springs (20 minutes) and back. I really want to come to this sanatorium again!
