Thank you for a well-organized vacation to Bozhena and all the staff of the medical department, which is small but comfortable, without unnecessary fuss and haste. We are happy with the hotel, the room was spacious with a balcony. The food was more homemade than restaurant food, and we weren’t hungry. This is not the first time I have vacationed in this hotel and I am satisfied with the choice I made. A very cozy hotel, comfortable for living and treatment, attentive and caring staff, the treatment chosen by the doctor was carried out with high quality. The food is homemade, high quality, varied. I recommended to my friends to go for relaxation and treatment at Spahotel Eliska and they booked a trip for April. I wish everyone a great holiday and treatment

Very weak medical base and the organization of treatment itself. The medical examination is very superficial and of poor quality. Therapeutic baths are essentially not that: a spoonful of salt + a Jacuzzi does not have a significant effect, the same goes for foot baths. The failure of the only inhaler remained unsolved for 5 days (replaced with another procedure). The food is decent, but has nothing in common with dietary food: the caloric content of the dishes is off the charts, there are a lot of simple carbohydrates. It is possible and necessary to accustom people to a balanced diet, otherwise the benefits of Karlovy Vary waters will come to naught.

A wonderful, cozy place, clean air, peace and quiet, cleanliness, friendly and punctual staff - it’s as if you were visiting loving relatives. Good access to quality services at the request of the guests - we had the need to rent a wheelchair and a car for trips on excursions - we were satisfied with the service organized by the hotel. Excellent overall recovery, excellent health and mood after two weeks of stay in Eliška. We plan to become regular guests of the hotel.

The food was disgusting, primitive, monotonous and not at all European, and certainly not four-star. It reminded me of a school canteen from a time already forgotten. We had to go to other restaurants. And breakfast with semolina porridge and two types of sausage and cheese hardly resembles a buffet. Frozen vegetables in midsummer, alternating between two types of buns in a country with a rich pastry tradition. All this did not spoil my holiday. But I don’t want to go to this hotel anymore.

Thank you very much to all the hotel staff for a perfectly organized vacation! The hotel is located in a wonderful location, accessible to all sources, to the forest, to shops...very quiet and cozy!! We had a fabulous room with a balcony and a view of Sadovaya, next to the Church of Peter and Paul. We arrived in the evening but were immediately examined by a doctor and given delicious food😀 Special thanks to the wonderful people of Bozhena, the friendly hostess always welcomed us and happily told us how, where and where ... Thank you very much to Yanochka for all the high-quality procedures, especially the “injections” and to Joseph for the massage! And most importantly, Vadim the Waiter!! He not only served us, but always served us with soul and carried everything away quickly! God willing, next time we will return to Eliska!!Negatives

The hotel's gorgeous location, next to the forest and the Russian Church of Peter and Paul. Very friendly staff, after the excursion at 22.00 they left and warmed up dinner. Professional staff conducting the procedures. And Yana's pleasant voice makes injections one of my favorite procedures - very even tolerable. Walking to the springs and watering holes 3 times a day turned into a pleasant promenade - to see people and show off. In general, the trip was a success.
