This is the third time my husband and I have used the services of sanatoriums.com and booked accommodation with treatment in hotels offered on the websites of this representative. Thank you very much for the excellent offers and choice of hotels at affordable prices. I recommend your company to all my friends. This was our first time at the Eliška Hotel. And we will certainly come there more than once. My husband and I really liked everything. Let me start with the fact that despite booking a room for two people in the "comfort" category, we were placed, to our great surprise, in the best room of the hotel - the "presidential". It is something! You can easily get used to such comfort in a week! The room is very large - with a living room and a bedroom, with a guest toilet and a huge bathroom (it’s hard to call it a room), with balconies from all rooms and a large glassed-in terrace, and I’m not even talking about 2 TVs. Well, very comfortable. We felt almost like presidents. The restaurant is very cozy with a delicious and varied menu. I really liked the atmosphere in the hotel and in the restaurant in particular. Both sorceresses-waitresses Katya and Misha, despite their workload between the kitchen and the guests, always remained friendly and fulfilled every whim of the hotel guests. Their friendliness and good mood always rubbed off on us and we left the restaurant not only well-fed, but also happy. Many thanks to them! Just one wish regarding food. I would like to wish the hotel management to add a little more fruit to the diet (not only for dinner, but also at other meals). and besides tea, it would be great to drink coffee not only at breakfast, but also at the rest of the day. A huge compliment to the hotel chefs - the food was always very tasty (3 menus to choose from), the soups were always excellent, the porridge for breakfast was to die for! I was afraid of gaining a lot of weight, but I only gained 0.5 kg. I think that this is the merit of our breadwinners! The medical staff is also very friendly and professional. Josef and Jana do excellent classic massages, I was lucky to have massage sessions with both - and both did not disappoint. Yanochka the sorceress with golden hands! She gives gas injections almost unnoticeably. How does she do this?! Many thanks to Elena, our nurse. She prepared such a plan for medical procedures for my husband and I that we sometimes went through them all before breakfast and were completely free for the rest of the day. This was very important for us during our holiday in Karlovy Vary! It is for this reason that we chose a small hotel, so that the density of guests would not interfere with our relaxation. And so it was! Moreover, the vacationers in our hotel were very welcoming and friendly. When they meet, everyone greets each other and wishes them bon appetit. This lifts your spirits and complements your vacation with positive emotions. The location of the Eliška Hotel is the most picturesque place in Karlovy Vary! This is Sadova Street, slightly uphill, near an Orthodox church, on the border with a park and forest. There is silence and tranquility, the birds are singing. It's a 10-minute walk at a leisurely pace to the springs. Exactly the right distance for people who love movement. Another huge plus of this hotel is free parking. Good afternoon. My husband and I spent a wonderful week at the Eliska Hotel. We took our dog with us, so the location of the hotel near the park was very convenient for us. The hotel is not big, but very cozy, comfortable, bright and clean. The staff is polite, friendly with a sense of humor. The food is excellent. Special thanks and compliment to the chef. Very positive staff, everyone was very friendly, check-in went very quickly, we arrived before 14.00 and we were checked in without any problems. The location of the sanatorium is on the mountain, but for young people this is not a problem. It's really very quiet and peaceful. The first days the food was very tasty. The hotel definitely does not live up to the declared 4*, it needs RENOVATION. I don’t know about other rooms, but in room 402 the bathroom is simply in terrible condition. Everything is torn. Partially mold. Water leaks from the shower stall. Even the pedal on the bucket is broken. Dust cannot be wiped off in the room, especially on the mirror. For allergy sufferers this is a disaster. The furniture is already all shabby. The pillows are absolutely terrible, it’s impossible to sleep. The dressing gowns are all far from new, and there are even holes. This really spoils the overall impression. The sauna is also a problem. We paid for 2 visits. They escaped from the right one after 20 minutes, but had to abandon the second one because... The situation is so-so and there is also dust everywhere. As for food, it apparently depends on the shift, on some days in a row everything was very salty, it was a little hard to eat, and the last few days it didn’t taste very good.

I would like to warn older people - it’s a long walk to some springs (depending on which springs the doctor prescribes), in addition, the sanatorium is located on a small hill, but you will be rewarded with walks through the forest, the forest begins right outside the gate, there are walking paths there, everything is very civilized.
