Уважаемая, Людмила! спасибо Вам за отзыв. Хочу отметить, что приехали Вы 7/7 в воскресение и наш доктор имел выходной день и она не была в Карловых Варах, поэтому Вас не приняли. По субботам и воскресениям доктора не работают в Чешской республике. Обычно, наш доктор может придти в любое время, если наши гости в этом нуждаются. Наш медперсонал старается, чтобы отдых был комфортным и прием процедур расписывают до 15.00, но если отель полный иногда приходится назначать процедуры в 15.00.Так что извините, что так с Вами получилось. По поводу укорачивания процедур- есть гости организованные и не опаздывают на процедуры а есть кто опаздывает на процедуры и это понятно люди приезжают к нам отдыхать и расслабляются.Наши сотрудники в балнео хотят для всех наших гостей сделать хорошо, так как все хотят пройти процедуры до 15.00.Поэтому ,если перед Вами гость опоздал на 5 мин, у него уже процедура длится 15 мин а если Вы пришли во время Вам приходится ждать.К сожалению так... Мы просим наших гостей не опаздывать на процедуры, чтобы не сбивался график и никогда не отказываем и делаем все процедуры ,какие назначены.Даже если гости едут на экскурсии ,процедуры в этот день не пропадают .Мы их переносим на другой день. Horrible procedure. The medical department is very small, or rather there is none at all. Several small rooms on the second floor are allocated for the treatment department. Some procedures are performed on chairs in the corridor. The staff who perform the procedures are rude and not friendly. Safety precautions are not observed during procedures. More than once, the staff simply forgot who was doing what procedures. After completing the procedures, vacationers had to wait 30-40 minutes for the staff to arrive. Gas injections are terrible, very, very painful. After them, my entire back is covered in bruises and bruises. Many vacationers simply refuse to do them, since it is impossible to endure this torment. The dining room is very small, if there are more than 10 people in hotels, then you will no longer have room.
