They gave me the wrong room that I booked. And I wasn’t the only one there. The room was about 10 sq.m. There was a stench from the bathroom all the time. The bed was creaky, it was impossible to even turn around. The treatment was so-so. They prescribed 2 massages at the beginning of the procedures and 2 massages at the end of the procedures, it’s not clear what the use is. The gas injections, an older woman with glasses gave them conscientiously, and another younger nurse gave the injections so-so, almost didn’t inject the gas, pretended to be giving the injections. However, on the last day she did it as expected.

We really liked it because the springs are, as they say, just a stone’s throw from the hotel, and the main street is right there. The food was decent, breakfast was enough to keep you from getting hungry until 3 p.m., treatment took place before lunch, so there was a lot of time for walks.

3 times we were given the keys to a room other than ours and 2 elderly people walked back and forth in the rain. The second disadvantage was that the number of procedures prescribed was less than indicated in the booking, but here they already insisted on their position and after a few days, having provided copies of the booking, they were “added”.

we had lunch during the second shift and often, arriving closer to the end of lunch (procedure), we found empty bowls of salads and not all of them were replenished. Fruits could have been more varied and also in abundance, which did not always happen.

I remember my stay at Esplanade with joy and gratitude to the staff. The room is cozy and spacious, the location is very convenient, next to the Geyser Colonnade. The linen is fresh, the bed is soft, the bathroom is large and clean. It did not cause any inconvenience at all to have to go for treatments and meals to neighboring Essenius - it is very close, and any walk in such beauty can only be beneficial. I didn’t like all the dishes from the kitchen, but I was never hungry, since I could always choose something to my taste from the availability. I was pleased with the presence of salads and vegetables. The nurses during the procedures are attentive and friendly. In general, for three stars - super! If you're not snobby, you'll love it!
