I came to the Czech Republic for the first time. The vacation was from January 14 to January 21, 2017. The transfer ordered on the website, hotel accommodation, room and return transfer were carried out impeccably. The price was the same as stated on the website, which is also nice. Everything is fair. It takes about a minute to walk from the Esplanade to the main hotel for treatments and to the dining room. This is not very great in winter. It would be much nicer in the spring, but the prices would be completely different. In the dining room, the staff is not very friendly, except for a young, fair-haired, thin girl who helps newcomers find their way and is very friendly. The treatment can hardly be called serious due to the week-long stay in the sanatorium. In addition, two days off are automatically excluded from treatment - Saturday and Sunday plus the day of departure. The procedures provided were of quite decent quality, although I would have replaced some with more useful ones, but all prescriptions are made at the discretion of the doctor. Either the doctor forgot to indicate on the computer that not a full massage was needed, but only a foot massage (restrictions are associated with some diseases), or she did not understand me due to the language barrier, but the massage therapist flatly refused to do a foot massage, since this was not indicated on the sheet appointments. I missed his second session due to an excursion, and the next time he refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late. In a word, it didn’t work out; it would be better to prescribe lymphatic drainage instead of massage. There would be more benefits.

But my friends had a room on the top floor - they I didn’t like it in the room, so it depends on your luck. The maids came every day, seven days a week. The sound insulation is good, the hotel is quiet, unlike Yesenius, where there are a lot of people and there are renovations going on somewhere, workers are working. Going for treatment and food in Jessenius is not difficult, the location is very convenient, opposite the geyser and bus stop 2. The food is now a buffet, both for lunch and dinner.
