Be careful when paying for your hotel stay. When paying with a VISA card at the reception, the amount in euros was converted to crowns at an artificially high rate. We ended up paying more than we should have (excluding bank fees). Conclusion - pay in cash. Room cleaning is poor, linen is changed once every two weeks. The TV in the room did not work, the antenna cable was torn out by the roots. I had to fix it myself. The WiFi signal is very weak, the Internet worked intermittently. The lady at the reception named Miriam is dishonest in her duties and promises.

Hot dishes leave much to be desired, I never liked the first courses. Sometimes the hot food was completely cold. The buffet was good. My wish is to improve the work of the cook.

I rested at the Jessenius sanatorium from October 22 to November 5, 2015. I booked both treatment and transfer through the sanatoriums website. KV was met at the airport and taken to the hotel. I ordered a single room - they placed me in a large double room; I lived alone, of course. The view from the window is amazing! Theatre, river, embankment, magnificent architecture, colorful autumn forest! Miracle, fairy tale! Treatment. 34 procedures for 8 working days. It's a lot. Everything in this hotel. Everything is on time, without failures, without queues. Nutrition. The portions on the custom menu are very large. Everything is delicious and beautiful. Thank you! I will definitely come again!

A driver was waiting for me right at the exit from the customs zone with a sign with my name on it. The driver, Peter, helped us carry our luggage and explained which road we would take and how long the journey would take. The administrator on duty, Bogumila, met me at the hotel. Very friendly, sensibly and kindly explained everything. I got a very nice room, with a balcony overlooking the embankment, the pedestrian zone, and the theater. The room is impeccably clean, fresh linen and towels. Sparkling clean sterile bathroom. On Monday, consultation with a doctor, review of the medical record brought with you. A few guiding questions and the purpose of procedures. It is very convenient that all procedures are carried out right at the hotel. And, most importantly, the optimal distance to the sources is 15 minutes on foot. Nutrition. Breakfast is the usual European buffet, porridge, oret, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausages and bacon. There are many types of vegetable salads, cottage cheese and cheese. Lunch and dinner - salads according to the buffet principle, but soup and the main course must be chosen from the menu to order. I was quite satisfied with the quantity and quality of food. Cool old elevator! It is so leisurely, you have to close the doors behind you with your hands and slowly rise and fall with a hum. Many thanks to the staff, administrators, maids, kitchen and restaurant workers, doctors, and medical staff for their responsiveness and willingness to help. The cost of mineral water in the room is 90 CZK (250 rubles) per bottle. It so happened that I had to open a couple of bottles and was quite surprised at the cost. I thought that the 90 CZK indicated on the price tag was for three bottles. It turned out to be one. Inhumane, sir!
