All my negativity is connected only with food. It’s not tasty. Dried sausages for breakfast. At dinner there was cold food, barely warm meat and side dishes. If you come to eat 30 or forty minutes before closing, then there is already active cleaning going on with rags, buckets, and there is practically nothing left of food, you have to scrape the soup from the bottom or collect the remaining crumbs of cheese. Disgusting food experience!

The sanatorium is very well located next to the Geyser spring, a magnificent view from the window, all procedures are carried out on the territory of the sanatorium, there is a small pool, procedures are prescribed taking into account your wishes, the staff speaks Russian. The rooms have been redecorated, if you wish, you can take a kettle from the reception , there are Russian channels. Good breakfasts and hearty lunches and dinners, it’s enough to take two meals a day. I really liked everything, the staff always tries to help and solves all problems.Negatives
There are no cons, but there are some comments: a very hard mattress, small pillows and the staff needs to pay attention to the operation of the heating radiators when preparing the room, we moved in on Friday and until Monday our heating radiator warmed up only 1/5, but on Monday this problem the locksmith decided.

We arrived early in the morning and although check-in was from 14.00, we could have visited the doctor, but we were given an appointment with the doctor only on the second day from 11 o’clock. As a result, 2 days of treatment were lost, but the workload for the remaining days was quite high, which is not very Fine. If earlier in other hotels we underwent treatment before lunch, here the schedule was drawn up in such a way that some procedures had to be taken after 16.00, which is very inconvenient. The food in the first days was also not very good; at lunch the food was barely warm, and only after the complaint did the food improve. and so the hotel serves several other hotels, a very large number of people both for treatment and in the dining room.

This is rather a manager for selling a package of appointments based on the load of treatment rooms and the cost of appointments. I was denied lymphatic drainage massage. People coming from other hotels throw their outerwear on the chairs in the dining room, corridors, offices, enter treatment rooms in street shoes. I am >75 - do I have to pay a resort fee? Sincerely.

One can only dream of organizing treatment here. The dining room (not to be confused with the restaurant), with a fairly large assortment of buffet dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, is designed for a very unpretentious client. There was no desire to stay at this hotel again. If you need treatment in Karlovy Vary, I recommend that you carefully study the sanatoriums (namely SANATORIOS) or consider the opportunity to undergo the necessary course of treatment in hospitals (Lazne) with accommodation in any hotel, of which there are a great many here.

The pool is contraindicated for me; I asked to change it and they refused. They sent me for a follow-up appointment with a doctor for 350 CZK. Why should I pay if the doctor prescribed the same treatment for me and my husband, although the complaints and diagnosis are different. Fly such a distance to visit the pool with tap water? It was a shame to talk about our trip upon arrival. We have plenty of this too. The Charcot shower was refused and the whirlpool and hydromassage baths were also refused. The service staff in the dining room were also always unhappy, they got angry, banged dishes, and people expressed dissatisfaction with them.

The hotel is not 3, but 2+ stars, because... linen is changed once a week, and not every 3 days as required in European hotels, the rooms are poorly cleaned, even the trash is taken out every other time, not to mention the toilet and bathtub are washed; 2. The food is based on the principle “cheap, not tasty and monotonous”; for those who don’t eat meat and sausages, there’s simply nothing to eat. Salads that cannot be identified by the ingredients, what is mixed in there, are impossible to make out... 3. The most unpleasant thing is that we ordered a room overlooking the courtyard - they gave us a view of the river and the street; The voucher indicated two doctor's appointments - there was one, they asked to pay for the second, but we were there for almost 3 weeks, we really needed a consultation. The staff is not friendly. Russians are accused of not smiling, but the staff of the sanatorium does not even inspire sympathy in this sense. Nurses in balneology are big talkers... 4. The swimming pool, which is so praised in advertising on the website, is just a large puddle into which up to 7 people are thrown into at the same time with "saladiki", what is the purpose of this procedure? No one controls the washing of the body before entering the pool, people are different, a dermatologist does not examine, sometimes people with skin diseases come in. I had to give up “such pleasure.”

The worker who prescribes the procedures is not experienced. Often makes mistakes. At first, instead of 18 procedures, we were prescribed 17. But when we asked about this, they immediately added more to us, so we have to count it ourselves. This worker only comes for 1-2 hours a day and it’s not always possible to catch her. Sometimes she says to come at a certain time. You come, and she’s not there and wasn’t there. Everything else is good.

This was my third time staying at this resort. The accommodation, as always, was excellent - a double room overlooking the river, lived alone. Treatment: new bathtubs were installed and now it has become more comfortable to take pearl bath procedures. Gas injections - many vacationers go to Karlovy Vary for this procedure, and during previous visits to this sanatorium there were no failures: everything was on time and of high quality, but now there are just crazy queues, sometimes you had to wait 20-25 minutes for the procedure. There were 15-20 people in the narrow, cramped, stuffy corridor. It was not always possible to bear this - I missed two procedures, and this is very disappointing. And the dining room - how nice it was when lunch and dinner were made to order. But the so-called buffet in such a small room and with so many eaters is simply a mess! And also the WEATHER! It's spring, APRIL, and the weather is FEBRUARY! But this is not for the sanatorium, this is for someone in heaven, and thank you for not turning off the heating.
