Наш отель экскурсии не организовует, и к сожалению, не в силах человека следить за всеми клиентами, кто когда куда едет. Каждый четверг у нас на бесплатную экскурсию в Прагу едет 3-4 автобуса. Записываем всех клиентов, которые пишут на мою электронную почту, либо звонят на мой телефон ( есть и вайбер и ватсап). Для гостей Карловых Вар выезд от отеля «Pavlov» (I.P.Pavlova 71/9) в 11:00; для гостей Марианских Лазней – от информационного центра «Cup Vital» (Masarykova 626/1) в 9:50. При себе нужно иметь паспорт и медицинскую страховку! Программа тура: обзорная пешеходная экскурсия по старому городу (2,5 часа), после которой дается 2 часа свободного времени. We don’t have such procedures for such diseases! At least you look when you’re driving! Then I said, I looked on the Internet, it says there that you have 17 types of procedures. I have cholestetitis, gastritis, pancreatitis, AUIT, joint diseases. Then she quickly calculates the procedures and tells you which one is this or that. All! It turns out that this is not the first time that she has been treated, they give her money and she prescribes effective procedures and time. The pool I signed up for was 5 meters, depth 1.4, there was no sauna after the pool. Where the inhalation and dry bath nurses are rough. The bath bags are reusable; after each procedure you need to take them with you to dry them in your room. Oxygenoteapia also requires you to carry a hose that is inserted onto your nose with you. The first girl did not say anything to the procedure, so after the procedure she got up and left, and the next one was different and insistently demanded this hose. The attending physician did not inspire confidence, I would even say that such people should not work with people! Her name is Palchik Svetlana - she practically insulted my girlfriend by laughing at the diagnosis with which we arrived!!! And when we showed her the medical report, she simply fell silent. In general, there are no doctors in this sanatorium! The medical staff (procedure nurses) are all from Ukraine - mostly friendly, but very strict in terms of not being a minute late for procedures, otherwise it will disappear! For your own money, and not a little, you are in a very strict procedural and time frame (believe me, this is very inconvenient!!!) Let's go further: The interior of the hotel is disgusting, everything is old and of very low quality (from furniture to carpeting). There is not enough lighting in the room, I would say it is dark! (even with all the lights on, including the bedside lamps). There is no soundproofing: the noise of the elevator and other things could be heard in the room. The windows are old, scary and uncomfortable. The room is stuffy and uncomfortable. Уважаемый Константин Девятов, спасибо за Ваш отзыв. По пунктам: Никто не обращался на рецепшен с какими-либо претензиями. Врач отеля Светлана Пальчик - это профессионал, среди гостей отеля пользуется популярностью, как человек внимательный и идущий навтречу. Вам и Вашей спутнице были несколько раз по Вашему желанию изменены процедуры. Весь персонал вальнео-центра – это квалифицированные сотрудники. Естественно, среди них есть и Украинцы, работающие в Чехии и имеющие соответствующую квалификацию. Расписание процедур необходимо соблюдать не только в нашем отеле, но и во всех остальных курортных учреждениях. Опаздание на процедуры не допускается, тем более, в разгар сезона. Заказывался стандартный номер, в котором и был расселен. Оснащение номера, освещение, ковры соответствуют стандарту отеля ***. При проверке номера никаких недостатков обнаружено не было. Сухие пайки на экскурсии как компенсация полупансиона закупаются у специализированной фирмы и соответствуют строгим требованиям гигиены. Мы очень сожалеем, что вы остались недовольны пребыванием, тем не менее, как размещение, так и услуги бальнео соответствуют категории данного отеля. С уважением
