Booked 2 rooms for 4 people on August 5th, 2023. I also received confirmation immediately. But on October 8th, 2023 I get a call and am told that there are no rooms available and we should arrive a week later. Or they could offer us another hotel and there would be an additional payment of around €600. What a rip off is this. I got confirmation that the booking was correct and then you get a call like this. I felt like canceling immediately. I also said there was no question of another hotel, so they should transfer the money back to me immediately. It was very annoying. What we also didn't like this time were the many dogs that were brought along. You're allergic to animal hair and there's a nasty, terrible smell to boot. The applications are not adhered to at all in terms of time. Stands 10min. When it comes up it will take almost 7 minutes. And at this time the colleague is not busy using his cell phone to write text messages. Even if you already pay for applications privately, it should be done sensibly. Also the terrible loud music in the lounge, these loud dancing evenings every day. Also the people in the restaurant were so terribly loud. You want to have peace and quiet after the treatments. And if you say something, you will be insulted. I have recommended the hotel to several people. The customers were also happy. If I compare it in February when we were there and now in November. I have to say it has turned 380 degrees to the bad side. Massages and many other treatments that were still there in February have been canceled or taken out altogether and are only done privately. This hotel will never be considered again and I will not recommend it to anyone again. You can't have a dog and a person sleeping on the same bed in the room.

Applications were too short in my opinion. There was a lady at the reception who was very unfriendly. If you didn't understand something straight away, she was immediately annoyed. Unfortunately, the hotel is no longer an option for me.

1 colleague at the reception was very unfriendly. When we arrived we were told in a harsh tone that we had canceled. After a lot of back and forth we got our room. However, this was not clarified by the colleague during the week. We had problems again when checking out. The young woman was very friendly and clarified it over the phone. The dance evenings were also very disadvantageous. Although there were many Germans there, only Polish music was played. A pity. This should be reconsidered.

I wonder how it happened, dear sir, that you didn't even specify the correct address where we were supposed to go on vacation, that's -1. 2-why did the German vacationers we met (a couple) have a hotel room identical to ours, they paid 850 euros for 10 days, and we (seven couples) paid 1150 euros for 7 days?????And even 25 zlotys for sea air. The sojourn tax is not our invention. We are obliged to collect it, like other objects in the country and abroad, and hand it over to the commune. The address of the hotel is on the website, so far no one has had a problem finding it.

The location is good, close to the sea. A small forest area protected from the wind. It's a pleasure to walk. There are several different shops nearby. I liked the Comfort room. The restaurant had an abundance of vegetables, even exotic ones - cabbage and cucumber pickles. Sometimes there is ice cream for dessert. The area is beautifully decorated. Several entrances and exits, so you don’t have to wander around the sanatorium. The treatment complex is conveniently located; you can walk from anywhere in the sanatorium in 5 minutes (it took us 2 minutes).Negatives
Upon arrival, the room numbering was confusing. We had 601 - and it was the first floor and there were no signs. Immediately they gave only one key to the room, there were inconveniences, because... the procedures were at similar times, but did not coincide. When purchasing a voucher, Sanatoriums promised free parking, but they didn’t know at the reception desk. A small kettle would be nice. I didn't immediately find a sauna in the pool. The men's locker room is designed so that it is partially visible from the pool.

The bar has changed ownership and it was not possible to drink wine with my wife, let alone a beer or cocktail, which was advertised in the hotel description. This gave us a very negative atmosphere. If we had known this beforehand we would have chosen a different hotel.
