The location is fabulous with wonderful views to the sea from the restaurant and some of the rooms. Food, especially starters are very beautifully served and seem very fresh. Even after eating a lot still felt good. If you have possibility use first floor cafe for breakfast. It is less crowded and with even better views. Staff mostly is helpful and polite. Ordered breaksfast to the room one morning, and it was absolutely amazing. Very close to the Molo and you can enjoy amazing sunsets from there.Negatives
I got the room in Baltyk II building, which is hidden further from main building, has no beautiful views and has no balconies, also feels a little old (especially in the bath). There is no robe in the room, you can rent it. There is no kettle in the room, only one to share with other in the corridor. I came on Friday afternoon, got very short doctors consultation on Saturday morning, and just because I asked a lot, got one treatment on Saturday. And then all other treatments were only on Monday. So if you plant to come for treatments and not the sea, come on Sunday. Then you will not loose two/three days, as I did. I took maxi program and there was written that I will get 20 treatments, but I got only 12. Additionally I could drink tea or mineral water in Cafe, and sit outside near the mineral water wall. But I was not able to calculate if I got everything I paid for, the feeling is that I did not. I did not like massage, as it lasted only 8-9 minutes. Very strange choice for the music in treatments - radio. So I got massage listening to news in polish on the radio. Also strange that you have to bring your own towel to the treatments. And as the heater in the bath is not working, and changing of towels is limited, you have to use wet towels. A lot of people during lunch and especially dinner. You have to share table with other people.

Unfortunately I was given the wrong departure time. I was informed between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. I then decided to pack my suitcase at 7:00 AM. The next day the phone rang at 6:00 AM. The bus was waiting. Shocked, I quickly put something over my pajamas and went to reception. They gave me 5 minutes. That couldn't be done, I quickly gathered everything together and forgot about the bathroom where there was electricity. Toothbrush, electric razor, eye drops, etc. were there. When I arrived at the reception the bus was gone, shock!!! I stood at the reception at a loss. Suddenly a young man came up to me, asked my name and said I was the bus driver. The travel company sent a second bus. -Improve language skills in German.

The rooms are very small. Washbasin in the bathroom is unreasonable. Bed linen can only be changed after requesting it at reception, towels can also be changed only after request. Cleaning in the room or bathroom, toilet bowl only on the surface. We won't be coming back to this hotel. You have to wait in line for every meal. We only had half board because we only had to wait in line. There's no such thing in any other hotel. You should go to Perelka and have a look around. We've been there four times. Because my wife can no longer walk to the beach, we chose this hotel but never again

Well, what can we say about our vacation on the third day of our stay, we suddenly wanted to leave this place, we still can’t calm down, the room was in building 2, disgusting, dirty flooring that gave off a terrible smell, the mattresses are stained with stains of unknown origin, well, that’s it not so terrible, we came from Germany, answer me dear gentlemen, does it make a difference from which country we come for treatment, and note for your money, when visiting the canteen, this was pointed out to us, the situation happened during lunch break, as always there was a long queue, At the entrance to the door there is a guard named Bazena who lets you in strictly based on national origin, when our turn came, we were simply pushed aside, then she took from the crowd of young people who were spoken in Polish and offered to go into the hall, I asked madam for what reason we were not let us in, she didn’t answer anything, walked to the middle of the hall and from there shouted, like HEY Russian, go sit by the window, of course we didn’t want to have lunch, we went to the registration office, there I asked for a meeting with the management, we were given an appointment for Friday , on a very long Friday they were looking for management a hundred minutes later, 10 minutes later, a woman came, I asked what language we would communicate in, I suggested to her in German, she replied that she didn’t know, my wife asked if she spoke Russian, she agreed, but as it turned out, she only speaks Polish , I tried to find out her last name and didn’t receive an answer, the conversation took place neither in the office but in the common hall, the only thing she explained to us was that this woman has a sick mother, so she knows the reason, of course, is respectful, the RUSSIANS are to blame, ALTHOUGH I AM GERMAN BY NATIONALITY after 15 minutes she left, and then we noticed it was a canteen worker who was clearing away the dishes, they decided to just get rid of us, I would advise everyone who wants to go to this hotel to think twice, and this is not just our opinion, everyone we talked to Some people have the same opinion, instead of words there are only obscenities, there is a doubt that I can skip this for general reading, but there is still another communication

The food in this hotel was not tasty. There wasn't much choice. The dinner in particular was very bad. There was no change for three weeks. The same thing every evening. Unfortunately we weren't offered any fruit. Very difficult to understand when there is no fruit available in summer.

Medical examination on the first day is just a short, superficial conversation; the treatments are not explained and are not tailored to the individual. A massage treatment lasting 10 minutes while sitting on a lounger is unacceptable. There are a lot of people sitting and standing close together in front of the treatment rooms in the morning (Corona!), perhaps only a few people have to be ordered together for the mud pack, laser treatment....

When purchasing vouchers through the company sanatoriums.com, there were problems with payment. We booked a week before the start of our stay at the hotel and until the last day we didn’t know whether we would receive a ticket or not.

Overall, the spa holiday was a well-rounded affair. The location of the spa hotel cannot be topped. The room with a sea view was clean and well maintained and the size was absolutely sufficient. The buffet-style food was varied, tasty and plentiful. The applications were professional and the medical staff were well motivated. Everyone who had to deal with guests spoke good to satisfactory German, so that communication was always possible without any problems.Negatives

Problems with the parking space, even though a reservation was made. Unfortunately there was no explanation when checking in, so we had to look for everything ourselves. Thanks to the information in the room. 21 treatments were booked during the trip, it was impossible to get the procedures in three working days, we only got six of them, the problem was not with the sanatorium but with the travel agency. The hotel is not only in a great location right on the Baltic Sea/beach, it was also a pleasant, beautiful hotel inside. Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Only 2 saunas were in operation the whole week and they were constantly overcrowded, with a waiting time of up to 30 minutes. What bothered us about the pool area was that non-hotel guests could use these amenities, especially in the evenings. So the pools were very full. Exactly 2 lanes were occupied by children who were getting some kind of swimming lessons. The catalog mentioned 3 spa treatments per day, we were only prescribed 2. We were told that if we wanted more, we would have to pay extra. It was a total mass processing and very unfriendly staff, especially at Tens-Strom.

The rating is unsatisfactory, because instead of 39 procedures promised in the booking, only 18 were officially prescribed, the rest were offered to be purchased, which I basically did not do. They explained this by saying that I bought the ticket from the wrong bureau. I should have bought the ticket, in their opinion, from another company with which they work. They said that Sanatoriums.com is not their company, but mine, and I should demand compensation not from the Baltik sanatorium, but from “my” Sanatoriums.com. I really am your client, because I booked trips to the Czech Republic twice a year and there were never any discrepancies between what was promised and what was received. 1) Except for one therapist (Anna), no one from the staff smiles. 2) The only toilet in the lobby is chargeable! 3) The signage is very poor. We did NOT find the Bar Patio in Baltyk II. 4) The staff in the dining room is very inattentive and as a customer you have to pay attention. 5) The rooms are not cleaned properly. Bathroom floors only 2-3 times this week 6) The treatments were ok, but queues of over 20 people are not acceptable. The therapists tried everything, but it didn't work any faster. The hotel has a very simple management problem.
