Treatment biliary dyskinesia in Mariánské Lázně
Chronic functional disease of the gallbladder and its ducts, characterized by weakening of their tone and motility, uneven secretion of bile, impaired bile duct. Symptoms of dyskinesia are: acute colic, pain in the right hypochondrium, radiating to the scapula and shoulder, most often against the background of malnutrition, overload or stress. The pain can be supplemented by nausea, vomiting, stool disorders, polyuria. Hypertensive dyskinesia is manifested by tachycardia, cardialgia, lowering blood pressure, sweating, irritability. Hypokinetic-hypotonic dyskinesia is manifested by a feeling of heaviness and distension, pain in the hypochondrium, bitterness in the mouth, belching of air, nausea, poor appetite, increased gas discharge, and stool disorders. Complex therapy consists in normalizing the diet, treating dysbiosis and hypovitaminosis, combating worms and parasites, desensitizing therapy. If necessary, the doctor prescribes sedative or tonic drugs, cholekinetics, choleretics, lubricants. Spa treatment at the remission stage, physiotherapeutic procedures, intake of low-mineralized mineral water is shown.
