Poor organization of procedures, very limited choice. Mineral baths do not use water from springs, basic outdated equipment for hydromassage. Very modest breakfast (compared to the new Lazne, Falkenstein), limited choice for dinner (one option for salad, soup, dessert and 2-3 main course options). There is no sauna or jacuzzi with warm water in the pool area. There was a sauna in another room, but with an hourly fee (18 Euros), which had to be reserved at the hotel reception (early in the morning or a day in advance).

I didn't like the quality of cleaning in the rooms. For 10 days they did not clean the balcony or wipe the dust in the bathroom. The shower stall was faulty, the wall from the jacuzzi was broken and no one responded to our request to fix it. The shower faucet was old and faulty, which is not up to the standards of the hotel.

I really liked the room, chic, large with a balcony overlooking the city. The cleaning was perfect. The attitude and service were at the highest level. Delicious dinners. Peace and quiet. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant management, are very professional. The pool is a very pleasant temperature and large enough for a short swim in the morning or evening. My husband and I are relaxing in such a magnificent hotel for the first time. We really liked the attitude of the staff, the convenience and silence in the hotel. The treatment, or rather the prevention of diseases, is excellent. There is no need to wait in line for procedures. Treatments are provided even on weekends. The food is varied at the highest level. We had a table for the entire period. In the evenings, the dinner we chose also corresponds to the highest rating. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious. We recommend this hotel to everyone. An excellent treatment option in the Czech Republic. Free guarded parking. Nice restaurant, variety, excellent taste sensations. Pleasant English speaking staff. The procedures are pleasant.

We have already been to Marianske Lazne 3 times and stayed in different hotels all the time. I can say with confidence that Explanada is one of the best in terms of comfort, ambiance and especially food. The food here is really very good. In terms of treatment, it falls a little short of the pillars of the resort - Novi Lazne, Central Lazne.
