It's not negative, but desirable, as we have stayed in other hotels, for example in Bad Flinsberg, Poland and Lithuania. In every spa hotel there are water bottles, kettles and teas to drink in the room, but that wasn't the case here. As there was no coffee or tea machine in the restaurant in the evening, although there were pastries, we just liked it. All of that would be desirable, because it is a spa hotel, where people feel comfortable and are well looked after. Thank you, if it is done well, people will be happy to go there. Kurhotel Vltava fully corresponds to a 3-star hotel and operates as a health resort for social services in the Czech Republic. Accordingly, the main guests here are Czechs. The staff speaks German, but not always Russian. Very good massage, swimming pool, sauna. Clean, warm, breakfast and dinner buffet style. Not far from the springs 700m. This is not a negative, but a wish from a smoking husband. Place an ashtray (on an urn or like the one we saw near the Nové Lazne hotel) for smokers in front of the hotel. Across the road from the hotel there are several fence posts. I would like to advise that they be connected with some kind of chains so that they are like a fence. The meeting at Prague airport on September 1 spoiled all subsequent impressions. The list of guests to be met was on the driver’s phone, and not like all the other greeters. I didn’t know that I had to look at the phones of everyone who was in the arrivals hall. We spent about an hour looking for the one who was supposed to meet us. But even after finding the young man, our ordeal did not end. It turned out that the minibus was not working properly. It overheated every 10-15 minutes of travel, and there was nothing to replace the vehicle with, and instead of a two-hour drive to the Vltava sanatorium, it took about four. The stay at the Vltava sanatorium itself was quite expected. Treatment and nutrition are quite acceptable. Corresponded to the 4 promised stars. The journey back to the airport was quite normal. Пюре готовится каждый день-это будет обсуждаться с шеф-поваром и персоналом. Чай предоставляется бесплатно только на завтрак, а на обед и ужин клиенты могут заказать платные напитки. Надписи на блюдах будут возобновлены, обсуждены с менеджером. Жаль, что Вы не обратились к нам во время пребывания.
