I recommend that everyone who wants to receive quality treatment and relaxation choose the Vltava Spa Hotel. Procedures prescribed by a doctor, a swimming pool, a sauna, a restaurant - all this is located in the same building with accommodation, which is very convenient. One side of the hotel faces a quiet street, the other faces a virgin protected forest. A colonnade with healing springs is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Not only in my opinion, but also in the opinion of the people I met at the Vltava Hotel, treatment here is of better quality and cheaper than in Karlovy Vary, where I have been before. There is a desire to come here again.

The lady who describes the procedures is talkative with the Germans and taciturn with the Russians: “The schedule is all full and there is nowhere to put you.” The sanatorium is located on a hill. I bought the procedures in a package. It’s not clear why they do tests before leaving. Although it was not the season, they could not fit my procedures into the schedule. Everything is busy. Finally they pushed it in. When I canceled the injections because I was in pain, there was a problem in replacing them with others. They canceled 3 procedures and did not insert a single one. I asked for my money back, they didn’t give it, I made a scene. There was a place right away, even on Saturday. I lived in room 704 in the Vltava building. Was there a fan above me? or motor? everything in the room was shaking and buzzing from 4.48 am to 10 pm. Sleeping is problematic. In general, the floor near the elevators rattled as they approached, in the locker room of the pool from the motors and in the restaurant. Doctor in room 77 nervous.

It is also unpleasant when procedures are imposed on you that you do not need or do not want. Во-первых, на осмотре у врача Вы рассказали что Вас беспокоит (боли в позвоночнике и суставах), на основании чего врач и назначил Вам лечение. Во-вторых, газовые уколы делали также и в области позвоночника, а не только в коленный сустав. Тем более, что Вы после осмотра у врача полностью согласились с назначенным планом лечения. Во время Вашего пребывания мы старались максимально удовлетворить Ваши пожелания. В частности, скорректировали план проведения процедур. В-третьих, во время заключительного осмотра у врача Вы сказали, что чувствуете себя хорошо и это подтверждает врач. Next time, if we have to go, we won’t take the whole package of procedures, since many were not done, and the doctor, observing “economics,” describes everything that is and is not needed for treatment. I only need baths and gas injections, and I have the rest at home, I can take everything calmly. There were up to 9 procedures per day. And the most important thing is drinking water. In the mornings I didn’t always have to drink it at the same time due to the busy schedule of procedures. Poor quality massages, just to get it done by hand. The masseur is Rohac and moreover rude. Very!!! I don’t recommend it, especially if you’re a Russian-speaking vacationer. I heard how he unpleasantly used the word “Rusish” with a German woman. No dietary dishes, very rarely they cooked beef dishes and then only stewed in sauce with tomato paste. The first courses are terrible. Lunches on a made-to-order basis, which were not always fulfilled. Personally, for an order that I did not fulfill, I refused lunch and demanded a refund. The director of the sanatorium calculated the refund for one less day and no one even apologized for the inconvenience caused to me. The staff at the reception was not very friendly, you could contact you several times and receive zero attention, but the attitude towards vacationers from the Czech Republic is completely different. Bed linen was changed upon request once during the entire stay. The doctor must speak the patient's language well, so that the patient can understand everything specifically, not approximately, what the doctor says. 2. The restaurant has a rich menu, but I would suggest reducing the number of breakfast and dinner dishes and improving their quality. Why cook? 6-8 different salads, if you can prepare only the ingredient, and the client will make his own salad to taste. Lunch was rarely tasty. The combination of products is not always healthy: meat and dumplings, either a lot of sauce, or nothing at all. And much more. The male waiters were friendlier than the females, the kitchen staff never smile as if they don't like their job. 3. I didn’t always want to go to gas injections and mud applications with pleasure, because the staff is unfriendly.
