On the website, when advertising the Vltava Hotel, they showed a spacious “comfort” room, they assured that the room was at least 21 square meters. m, I booked just such a room, but we were put in a very cramped room, where there was no room to simply unwrap a suitcase. After contacting reception later, we were moved to a nice room.
The staff is very friendly, but, unfortunately, overly emotional. Why do you need soothing music during procedures??? You just can't hear her! Endless shouting, discussion of personal problems, laughter and all this is very loud. Otherwise everything is very decent. Thank you.

Thanks to all the staff of the Vltava-Berounka sanatorium for the warm welcome, for the welcome letter, for the excellent quality of the procedures and their schedule. The food was tasty and of high quality, excellent breakfasts - several types of cheese, ham, salami, 2 types of porridge, a variety of dairy products. For dinner there was always meat, fish and poultry, delicious ice cream, a variety of vegetables and fruits. We will definitely come back again.
1. Sometimes procedures start very early (7:10) 2. All procedures are only until 13:00 and therefore there is often not enough time between them and also breakfast 3. It is advisable to extend breakfast until 11:00 or at least until 10:30 4. Hot drinks (tea and coffee) are not served for dinner and there is no electric kettle in the room

1.Если для клиента процедуры очень рано , расписание процедур было можно поменять на спа-ресепшен
2. Процедуры в отель Влтава всегда до 15.00 часов
3. Завтрак с 7.00 до 10.00 и потом начинается обед с 11.30 до 14.00 , потому нельзя продлить завтрак, на все питание достаток время , что бы между этим были процедуры.
4. У нас в отель нет в номерах чайников. Горячие напитки при ужине можно заказать за оплату у официанта или в ресепшен еще до 21.00 часов лоббы бар, где можно горячие напитки тоже заказать.

The most interesting thing is that this hotel did not accommodate us, they said there were no rooms and offered baterfly with an additional payment. My brother and I arrived together, and I booked the Vltava hotel for him, as I already had this hotel. It's somehow very strange. Even if they change the hotel booked, they do not require additional payment. This is not our first time coming here.

Food, especially lunch. There was nothing to choose from.
1. Cozy spacious room overlooking the park. Lots of Russian channels on TV 2, Silence in the room and hotel 3. The staff speaks Russian. 4. Daily entertainment program in the hotel and information about cultural events in other hotels and the city 5, Excursions in the Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland 6. Varied menu, excellent chef 7. The doctor who prescribed treatment procedures approached this superficially, without taking into account individual characteristics and our wishes. There were no explanations about the rules and schemes for taking the drinking course.
Manželům Gern Stanislav a Gern Irina, byla sestrou odebrána anamnésa a změřen TK. Při
následné lékařské prohlídce byl s nimi proveden pohovor o jejich obtížích a byla provedena
lékařská prohlídka včetně vyšetření krve a moče. Na základě lékařského vyšetření byl
každému stanoven Individuální léčebný plán, se kterým byli seznámeni a proti němuž neměli
námitky. Též byli seznámeni s možností přikoupení procedur,(měli naordinováno 51 a 52
procedur) a procedur, které nejsou zahrnuty v balíčku komplexní léčby.
Též byla každému individuálně doporučena pitná kůra se kterou byli seznámeni a poté jim
v předpisu procedur bylo vytištěno který pramen mají pít před snídaní, před obědem a před
večeří. Zároveň je uvedeno v jakém množství a jak dlouho před jídlem.
Vše je samozřejmě řádně zdokumentováno.
Mrzí nás, že klienti, pokud měli nějaké připomínky k průběhu léčebného pobytu, sami
nepřišli k lékaři, kde by se vše na místě vyřešilo k plné spokojenosti.

Beautiful nature, wonderful climate, well-groomed parks and architectural landscape, healing springs, absence of human fuss, i.e. everything outside the sanatorium allows you to relax in Marianske Lazne very well.

As for the sanatorium itself, in my case the Vltava sanatorium did not correspond to the level of **** (4 stars) in terms of the quality of services provided. Of all the personnel, only a few meet the professional requirements of this level. There is a very clear preference for Czechs and Germans when providing services. This manifests itself in both attitude and quality of service. The overall assessment of my stay in this sanatorium is satisfactory.
Thank you very much for a well-organized vacation and treatment. I received a lot of positive emotions and, I hope, an improvement in my health. I will definitely return here with my husband!!!!
The most positive segment is the medical staff - very friendly, qualified, from the doctor to the sister, this is the main advantage of this hotel. The second plus is a high-quality renovated pool and a good schedule. Room cleaning is not bad.

Disgusting staff at the reception. If the hotel values its name, everyone absolutely needs to be fired and this is not my personal opinion - at least 10 more people. They are not friendly and even say hello through their lips and say hello every other time. Everyone has boorish stone faces and when they turn to They make such faces at them as if they are solving the world's problems, and here are some insects. The food is very monotonous - the chef is bad, you need to go and study, for example, at the Pavlov Hotel in Karlovy Vary.
We visited Marianske Lazne and the Vltava-Berunka sanatorium for the first time in the first half of May. Any very minor comments fade against the background of the fantastic beauty of the parks, blooming bulbs and rhododendrons. An excellent vacation spot for those who would like to retire in silence with nature.
Of all the positive things, I can only name the well-coordinated work of the medical staff. Very competent and attentive doctors. The treatment was well organized, everything was on time. I didn’t have to sit in lines anywhere. perhaps this is all positive

the hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. maximum 3, and that’s a stretch. This is not the first time we have vacationed in Mariinsky Lazne and there is something to compare with. we booked two rooms. They offered rooms in different buildings. one of the rooms was so small that there was not even room to open a suitcase. only on the bed. besides, shabby and dirty (walls and ceiling). When I asked to be moved to a more spacious room, they answered that it was not possible. They moved us only for an additional payment of 100 euros. The hotel needs renovation. both the furniture and rooms are shabby. The bathrobes and towels are old, with threads sticking out, washed out. .cleaning of the rooms was carried out haphazardly. The room was not vacuumed for several days. I deliberately left the thread on the floor, it stayed there for 4 days. The dust from the window sill and furniture was not wiped off even once. Now about the food: in general, I didn’t like the products of the lowest quality. Tomatoes are the cheapest, and therefore not tasty. and not always. mainly salads - cabbage in different variations, celery, radishes, carrots and iceberg lettuce. tomatoes and cucumbers not always. bell pepper for 10 days - not once. from fruits: oak kiwis, cut into halves, cut oranges, apples and pears. once there were green bananas. and this is not all at once, but one by one. sometimes apples and kiwi, sometimes oranges and kiwi, sometimes apples and pears. in general - complete savings. The hot dishes were generally tasty. but no frills. for dinner two types of meat and fish. Our vacation, unfortunately, was ruined. but they paid for 4 stars.
Due to our late arrival at the hotel, we did not have time for dinner. Therefore, it was nice to receive food sets prepared in advance for us at reception.

In the evening on the day of our arrival and until the morning, the hot and cold water in the hotel was turned off. The administration, although they knew about this in advance, did not provide at least our room, and judging by the morning complaints of some residents, apparently all other rooms with either technical or drinking water. Judging by the “dry” start of breakfast, there was also no emergency supply of water in the dining room (when the water was turned on later, everything was out of place).
Good location. Very polite staff especially during some procedures. Nice pool and sauna. The head doctor of the sanatorium speaks Russian well and understands the problems of patients.

In some offices it blows because the windows are open. The food is quite monotonous and the fruit runs out quickly. The doctor on the 5th floor does not understand Russian well and examines patients inattentively. We come for the second time and there is less cereal for breakfast.
We have been staying at the Vltava sanatorium for 3 times already. We really like everything. The treatment is excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, the food is normal, there is a choice.
