Now to the medical part of my story. The procedures we received were actually prescribed by the doctor based on his diagnosis. And in this regard, too, everything was fine. Unfortunately, there is one drawback. When I booked a room, I specifically chose a double(!!!) spacious comfort room with a view of the city, with a balcony, a sofa and an armchair, and all this was present in the picture (I know this room, my husband and I were in it once resided). But they put me in a completely different room. The next day I asked to be accommodated in the room I had booked, but it turned out to be occupied. In order not to spoil my mood for the remaining days of rest, I did not argue or swear. I was moved to a more or less suitable room, very small in size, but at least there was an armchair and a balcony. I would like to receive exactly the number you order in the future! Very good service - free transfer from the station to the hotel. The hotel is located in a good location, close to the Colonnades with mineral water. There are two of them. Summer open and winter closed. The room is small, but there is enough space for two. With refrigerator and balcony. The bed is wide, comfortable, with the necessary number of pillows. Linen is changed every four days. Quite normal. More often it is not necessary. The main thing is, of course, treatment. In three weeks, we received 72 procedures, those that were in the purchased package. This is quite enough. The staff is polite and friendly, smiling. They usually speak Russian and German. As a rule, there are no queues for procedures. Either you get there right away or you have to wait a little. But that's absolutely normal. Three meals a day, very good. In the morning there is a buffer with more than enough assortment. I especially liked the dark buns sprinkled with grains. The lunch that you order is brought by the waiters. Soups are self-service, always two types. Choice of four courses, one of them vegetarian. The calorie content of the dishes is indicated on the menu. There is almost always fish present. Moreover, with such names that I have never seen in my life. Prepared deliciously, with good gravy. For dinner there is also a buffet with a large selection. Fish is also always represented. Everything was prepared very tasty, too, with the name of the gravy, which not everyone is familiar with. In addition, it is possible to additionally order tea, wine, and beer. For payment, of course. But very inexpensive. There is a cultural program. For three weeks there were concerts and once dances in the restaurant. It is possible to go to other hotels, but... We were in the winter, we didn’t feel like going anywhere in the evening. Upon departure we also ordered a free transfer to the station. I gave everything “very good”, since it is always further from giving enthusiastic ratings.Negatives
There was only one negative. The pool was under renovation. And they were informed about this only when it was impossible to refuse the order. True, once a day they took us to a nearby hotel. But this is also a small pleasure. We had to reserve a seat in the car. Only two hours were allotted for the visit. Either make it in time, or go back or walk. It's not far, but up a good hill. And for many who have mobility issues, this is unacceptable. It was possible to walk to another hotel, but also on foot and also uphill. This is especially unpleasant in winter. So we were deprived of the opportunity to receive this pleasure at any time convenient for us, especially in the evening. Of course, repairs are a necessary matter. But the hotel administration should have taken all this into account and reduced prices for stays at this time. But as compensation, a bottle of wine was delivered to our room. This is actually a joke. This is the only negative that to some extent darkened our stay.Positives

„klientka měla vstupní, kontrolní a závěrečnou prohlídku u primáře hotelu. Datum kontroly se píše na kartu klienta. Pokud klientka sděluje, že informace obdržela po 10-ti dnech, zřejmě byla na kontrolní prohlídce, kde se sdělují výsledky z laboratoře. Pokud výsledky z laboratoře nejsou zcela v pořádku, volá se klientům ihned a řeší se jejich zdravotní stav a vhodnost či nevhodnost procedur. Klientka absolvovala více tzv. velkých procedur, jako je např. slatina a minerální koupele, proto ji bylo předepsáno 54 procedur místo 55. Klientka si během pobytu v hotelu přímo nestěžovala. Je nám líto, že klienta zasílá negativní odkaz po odjezdu z hotelu a zřejmě šlo pouze o neúplnou informovanost ohledně dalších prohlídek a počtu procedur“ Нам очень жаль, что пришeл негативный отзыв, но в отеле госпажа ничего несказала.
